I my family and I rented three rooms here in December 2022. Two rooms with a king size bed and one room with two queen size beds. All rooms had spectacular views from their private balconies. The Wi-Fi connection was not strong in one of our rooms but the staff promptly moved us into a new room. We especially enjoyed how the hotel offers massages in the room. The beach was rocky but the view was unbeatable. The breakfast in the morning was great and cost friendly and the dinner in the evening was even more cost friendly and so tasty. We can’t wait to return here during our next trip to Subic!

What I like about this hotel is, though its not new, it is clean, well maintained and staff are all pleasant. Food prices are reasonable too for a beachfront hotel.
It has an ATM machine in the lobby so its very convenient for guests in case you’ll run out of cash.

Overall, its a good stay. Loving the good ambiance, friendly staff and nice location. One thing I think they improve is that the hygiene kit. Why it is on a per call basis wherein it should be included once you’ve stayed there. Just my thought…

We had a pleasant stay at icove for 3 days 2 nights, but there were expectations not met. First, they have limited parking slots in the area. Though I was advised that they have another parking space. I'm just not sure where it is located. Second, the pool is very small. Third, they do not accept credit cards and/or gcash payments. And last but not the least, our room (210) was old. The tv is not smart and has limited channels, the key card is not working so we were given a key instead. There were mosquitos in the room, the drainage of the shower area is clogged (it drains very very slow). This resort needs to be updated and renovated. But all their staff are super super nice!!

We had a short family vacation with our son and his fiancee. We arrived Monday to Wednesday of Holy Week since we wanted to beat the beach goers. We were given Room 201 which was a private ocean view end unit. Our balcony was separated from the other rooms. We had 2 king beds and the room was huge. It had a shower and toilet. The hotel was clean including the public areas. It was not open to the Public (none hotel guest) which made this place more special. Hospitality: I give 5 star to the staff most specially the old parking attendant that always greeted us when we arrived and left. Needs Improvement: 1) The refrigerator was not cold. We had to purchase ice from outside. 2) There were tiny ants on the bed. Housekeeping was so kind to offer to spray the room but we declined for our safety.

We choose this resort for a quick get away from the hassle of work and a time for bonding and relaxation.But on the first night we can not sleep well because of itchy fabric on our bed and the pillow was not comfortable.Most of the part of the room specially the bathing area has molds though the room is very spacious..No breakfast included and not even a cup for coffee drinking..The beach shore was dirty of different things we were lucky not to be hit by a piece of wood with nails when we walked near the shore.Though it was fun because we were longing for the sea we just dipped in the pool. The only nearest store to find meal was 711 and Sam's pizza..Two nights of stay was a bit boring..This place is still nice but not well maintained.Their security officer is nice and welcoming

I have eaten at dozens of locations throughout the Philippines. And sad to say, the majority fall short when it comes to the quality of food and service. We have dined at Treasure Island dozens of times for the past 6 months and on every occasion, we walked away very satisfied. I now find myself judging other establishments using Treasure Island as a benchmark. Not even the restaurant at my private golf course club house could hold a candle to Treasure Island. One of the crucial success factors is “on-site” owner management. The owner of TI devotes a significant portion of his time at the restaurant (and hotel). My partner and I with our pet dog (shih tzu) tried to book a stay in this hotel as a walk-in guests. During that time it’s already past midnight, we already asked a couple of hotels around the area but unluckily most of them are fully booked or a hotel for quarantine only. We have no where to sleep, we’re both tired and out of gas during that time. Until we reached Subic Bay Peninsula, the concierge told us that they still have a slot for us but they don’t allow pet in thier hotel. We politely asked if she could ask her manager or anyone who’s in-charge for a consideration so that we could atleast just spend a night with our pet. She refused and with a heavy heart we left. It made us upset that she didn’t even made an extra effort to reach her superior just to ask for our request. We end up sleeping inside our car. I will not recommend this hotel to my family and friends because aside from their inconsiderate staff and most of all it’s not a pet friendy hotel. To the consierge lady who refused us, I hope you wont be in our same situation and please have some manners especially with your guest.

MMannyHappyReturnsFor this SBMA trip, I looked for a hotel we haven't tried. Renovated photos of Subic Bay Travelers Hotel looked promising. PROS: 1. Contemporary designed renovation of the lobby and all interior spaces of the hotel. New furniture and fixtures everywhere. 2. Big room with king bed with cushy beddings, huge flat screen TV with a wide channel selection. Cold AC, Safe, mini ref, elec kettle with coffee. 3. Several power outlets and located above the bedside tables height for easy access. 4. Very stylish cafe with good selection of food. We highly commend that the construction of the cafe worked around and saved the mature trees. The massive tree trunks added a unique feature. 5. Pool was adequate in size. Thanks for extending the pool hours while the wifi was being sorted out. 6. Resident manager DJ, FO Kamil and concierge Don were warm and accommodating. Thank you very much for making our celebration memorable. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Internet was very weak in room 201. WIFI signal only reached the first 2 meters inside the room. No signal from the bedroom. However, SBTH staff worked overtime and even transfered router nearer to our room but it took a portion of our time into this issue. Please look into a more permanent solution to the wifi challenge. 2. Hot water in the shower was not working. Called the FO to raise this concern and was advised that they will have the heater turned on. After a while, temp improved slightly and became tepid at best. This should be an easy fix to avoid same in future. 3. Reception of TV channels were grainy/snowy. This should be an easy fix to avoid same in future. In conclusion, 3 stars (average) for now but with these improvement points remedied, SBTH will be one of our go to hotels (definitely 4 stars) in the sub 3k price range.

PPengguna TetamuWe just completed our 8 nights stay at Chequers suites. The crew was accomodating and very approachable even having a lack of manpower. There was a typhoon during our stay and the staff served us professionally. However, the hotel owners should consider to establish additional manpower to accomodate each position required to uplift the standard of the hotel. Each crew presently working in the hotel are doing their absolute best to fill in those missing spots and maintain the standards of the hotel. Everything in chequers is close to excellent but they need to improve in few areas. See details below. Security: during our stay we did not see any security personnel posted atleast in the front door or roving around. They also have a basement parking which is great, but again no security posted in the area. Housekeeping and Reception Staff: manpower is a vital aspect of maintaining a good quality service of a service provider bussiness. Understandable that during our stay there is a typhoon, but having extra manpower to take care of the needs of the clients in the hotel is vital. Sea view balcony and entrance hallway: during the heavy rain and strong winds water was accumulated which created hazard to the occupants. Also, water entered the room from the strong wind and rain through the sliding door (easy fix) Other than that, the hotel is still new and still tons of room to grow to become one of the best hotel in Subic.

PPengguna TetamuYou will feel at home in this hotel. The ambiance is so feel at home. Location is perfect as it is next to shopping area, hotel bars, and beach front. Standard Room Price is around P3500 fantastic layout and furnitures, no beach view tho, lampshade has no outlets to plug on, toilets is a bit old, small and untidy. Free Filipino Breakfast (1 small dish, 1 egg, fried rice) or very very small serving of American Breakfast (1 egg). Most of the staff is naturally friend except for a lady front desk staff with eye glasses on duty in the morning, she ruined all other goods as you have to deal more with front desk on requests. Just by approaching the fornt desk, you'll feel you did something wrong by her vibes. For my 5 days of stay, never saw her smiled. I dont know if I did something wrong. My OZ friend, actually left the front desk for keeping him waiting for long time (she was on phone for like 7mins), he literally compared the services offered here and abroad as if not being professional his exact words ”like this one,no energy for service”. On the contrary, the Security Guard on duty at night till dawn is far more approachable and is very nice. Poor Parking Area. Even if the room is good for 2 and if your check-in alone they will just give 1 breakfast coupon, if your a big eater you buy extra food at their bar. The policy is ridicoulous since the price for single occupant and double occupant for all accomodations is the same, so the 2 coupons must be given to the guest, considering the amount per serving of food is very little. But as I said, great location and very feel at home (interior design).

PPengguna TetamuThe location is very convenient since it's near the bus terminal. Additionally, it's packed with food stalls and it's near the jeep stops. As for the hotel itself, it is good if you have a limited budget. Don't expect that it will have a grand amenities since it's cheap. Btw, the front desk receptionists are very attentive and approachable. Thank u!

Sseiseki patrolスービックのビーチに面した安宿です。極端に安い部屋を予約したところエアコン無しでしたが、扇風機は貸してくれました。3月の滞在でしたが夜はそれなりに涼しくなるので、扇風機で問題なく寝られました。1階は直接ビーチに面しておりとても居心地のよい空間でしたが、日曜日はおそらく現地の方と思われる人達が貸し切りでパーティーをしており、のんびりと過ごすのは難しい状態でした。
アメニティは石鹸のみ、湯沸かし器無し、コップ無しでした。

Needs some renovation.
After I was escorted to the room I had to return to the reception desk for asking to switch on electric power inside the room. Phones in rooms? - Never heard of those.
There was 2 small pieces of soap ('toiletries'), and 2 instant packs of 'complimentary coffee'. But there was no electric kettle, nor drinking water in this room.
Meal in the restaurant too pricy.

DderektripsNew and improved rooms and restaurant. I always stay here. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The pool is secluded and relaxing. Only steps away from the beach. Lots of bars within walking distance. You can find local cuisine as well as American food nearby.
