This hotel is truly excellent! After a long search for a hotel, I ultimately chose this one for its sky lobby, anticipating a quiet and peaceful stay. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to confirm our room arrangements and thoughtfully assigned us two connecting rooms. Once we checked in and opened the connecting door, the kids were absolutely thrilled! And the breakfast? Also spectacular! To my pleasant surprise, they even gifted me a tea set upon check-out! 😂 The hotel's location is incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area, saving us the hassle of constantly shuttling between different attractions. An added bonus, especially in the humid southern climate, is that staying on a high floor effectively avoids the common dampness and musty odors often found in hotels. Highly recommend!

Parent-child friendly hotel ”with children, the hotel prepared children's supplies intimately, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very thoughtful to take care of the children, and also sent local specialty snacks, and there was a swing in the courtyard. The child had a great time. It is very close to the hometown of Xiangwang and convenient to travel. '

Prime location, excellent breakfast, room is spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom water pressure and quality of linen is very good. The staff is kind and courteous.

New hotel, friendly staff but is going to be outdated soon. Bad sound proofing , lots of drunk Chinese people shouting in the corridor at night time. The breakfast variety is so poor for Europeans. Please teach your staff in the restaurant to cook sunny side up eggs and refill the dishes without reminding. Overall, it’s not “real Hilton” experience.

This is my first time reviewing a hotel. The service was excellent, it was very clean, and very quiet. It's very cost-effective and highly recommended. I took some pictures myself and found the hotel's decor very cozy and homely. The details are very nice, and I really like it.

Business trip to Xuzhou with foreign colleagues, stayed in Hyatt, reception is very professional and kind, hotel has fantastic view, Breakfast was very good, the chefs made lots of fresh food (they even made homemade “油条”, looks tempting). Services is good, fresh food, coffee can be delivered to your table.

I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Suzhou and would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the hotel’s scenic environment, impeccable cleanliness, and the high standard of service provided throughout my stay. The tranquil surroundings and well-kept facilities provided a truly relaxing experience that reflects the best of Suzhou’s hospitality. In particular, I wish to commend one of your service staff members, Mr. Tan Xingyu, for his exceptional dedication and assistance on the evening of 14 November. I returned to the hotel around 9 p.m. and realized that I had left a shopping bag at a restaurant in 苏州广场. I approached Xingyu for help, and although the restaurant was already closed, he immediately offered to contact them and make arrangements for the next day.As I was departing early for Shanghai the following morning on 15 Nov, time was very limited. To my surprise and great appreciation, Xingyu personally went to the restaurant after his work shift to retrieve the shopping bag and ensured it was safely returned to me before check-out. His willingness to go beyond his duty, sacrificing his personal time, demonstrated genuine care and remarkable professionalism.Xingyu’s humble attitude, resourcefulness, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. His actions left a deep impression on me and exemplify the outstanding service culture of Pan Pacific Suzhou. With such warm hospitality, I will certainly return on future visits and recommend your hotel to friends and family visiting Suzhou.Please extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Tan Xingyu for his exemplary service.

The hotel environment is very good and beautiful. It is a hotel that I must stay in every time I go on a business trip. The service staff is warm and hospitable. 👍

Hotel decorated our rooms to a bunny theme and we got to feed the bunnies at the hotel and take home a free bunny doll. The kids play area was very small and the swimming pool cold for kids but good for adults, good Hotel for couples but wouldn’t recommend for children

This hotel is incredibly close to Nanjing South Railway Station. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was super nice and answered all our questions. They even upgraded our room on the second night! The deluxe twin room was spacious with comfortable bedding. There's a shopping area right downstairs where we enjoyed Heytea and tried duck blood vermicelli soup, making it perfect for a girls' weekend in Nanjing. It's really convenient to get anywhere from Nanjing South Station by subway, and the hotel even gave us a complimentary coffee ☕. It was truly a delightful trip to Nanjing!
