We were returning to Zhenjiang from our holiday in Harbin and Mohe. Our flight was late, but we had booked our room in advance using the Trip app. This was our third time staying at the Pullman Hotel. We were greeted politely and efficiently. We arrived at our room. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. The location is very close to Railway station, it took only 10 minutes to go there by metro. There's a famous shopping street very close to the hotel. There's also a 24h shop close to Hotel. The room we stayed was clean and spacious. The downside was hearing sound from the road everyday.The provided bathing gel and shampoo is White Tea flavoured which may not be liked by many.

The beds are comfortable, and there is enough space for six of us in the two bedroom apartment with three beds. Location is good, quite a distance if you want to walk to the famous Shantang street, approx. 20 mins walk. There are a few nice cafes in the same building. It is right opposite Tianhong CC Mall. Within walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants. Breakfast was alright, you can find the usual items like porridge, soya bean, eggs, highly recommend the suzhou noodles from the noodle station. There is heating in the bathroom and bedrooms, which is essential for cold weather. I personally loved the washer and dryer plus the dry styling unit (used it to sanitise our winter jackets). There are also two bathrooms. Staff Wang Haoran was very helpful and made us feel welcomed.

The hotel is clean and room is quite spaciou. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful even if you cannot speak Chinese. Location is also not far from Suzhou landscapes and cheap to call taxi or travel by train. Would highly recommend and definitely come back next time!

For early flight, this is definitely the hotel to stay in Nanjing, very well plan and design, shutter services to airport are provided, even to near by subway upon request. Clean and modern rooms with AI touch, laundry rooms and lobby coffee is definitely the plus and bonus for staying at this hotel. Staffs are very accommodating to all the request, and friendly too.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. My favourite hotel in Nanjing. I always stay here. Beautiful hotel, convenient location, lots going on. Just across the road very busy and touristy but in a very quiet spot.

We were very pleased with our 3 nights stay at the Shangri-la Nanjing. The service was excellent with turndown service every night and free fruits. It has a smart toilet that kept the seat warm - great for our winter experience - and an automated bidet with a click on the button. We had our breakfast buffet at the executive lounge which also offered high tea and evening cocktail. The pastries such as the plain and the Danish croissants were very well-made. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Central location. Reception is not very helpful even though we spoke mandarin. Porter left our luggage unattended in hotel lobby and reception confirmed he is newbie. You won’t miss their breakfast. Expected more from Accor.

Very great hotel! The only drawback was though the room was non-smoking but i could smell smoke alil bit when i first opened the room. The rest was great! Great room, very spacious. Great beds and pillows! Great staff so polite, speak English (I think.) free drinking water you can ask from lobby! Walkable from South Nanjing station which i believe is the main hi-speed train station. P.s. a noodle shop nearby has great food and best xiaolongbao ive ever had.

Old oriental style hotel witha rich history. Look majestic and grand on the outside. (Interior of hotel in many nooks n corners are poorly maintained) Room service is superb. Super comfortable n firm bed. Located right within 太湖 (taihu lake) so you can jog/walk around the beautiful lake and giant ferris wheel in the morning and take in the fresh air. With outdoor pool n gym. Hotel food is mainly big fancy chinese restaurants n buffet. No casual dining . No western selection except the high tea cafe which serves some sandwiches and pasta. Hotel can organise ferry trip to turtlehead island

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

Modern, stunning hotel very close to the airport. Rooms were very clean and tidy with plenty of usb/usbc charging ports. Breakfast was fresh and with a lot of choice. Airport is 5 mins drive away and the hotel offers free drop off service every 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

A true smoke-free service apartment. Service of staff is good. Reception went the extra mile in assisting to help book a cab when didi rejected our booking. Not fascinated by the breakfast, though it does get you fill-up. Liked the fermented beancurd with porridge. My kid likes the playroom located next to the breakfast area. He had a short session daily there after we had our breakfast.

We received a complimentary upgrade, as we had not yet received our purchased tickets to Nianhua Wan due to not having the China identity (as informed by trip agent & hotel). The breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a good start to our day. Despite the hotel's older appearance, it is well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate us.

At first, I was wondering whether it is a right choice to book a different hotel on my 2nd visit to Wuxi however, I decided to give it a go. We are satisfied with it. 1) Our room was ready earlier than the check in time. 2) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable without any unpleasant smells. We slept like a baby LoL 3) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The front desk always serve us a cup of hot tea whenever we are the counter 4) Free laundry service provided 5) The location is excellent - it's really near to exit 27 of Sanyang Square Station (5min walk). There are shopping malls, restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely stay again next time.
