Amazing! We went to the city for Vivid and the location was absolutely perfect. We will certainly be back.

Lovely location but can be very busy, which mean you will not get an early room check-in or late check out .Also the room service is not existent. You need to pay for them to deliver meal to the room . That’s very disappointing

Facilities ordinary. Service ordinary. Room facilities normal. Nothing special. Room view is good. Little below 5 star standard.

We really liked the location, it was right next to Darling Harbour. We got a warm and friendly welcome by the intern Brent at the front desk. He was nice and told us about all the things to do around, however, we had requested a room with a view, that they didn't provide, which we didn't fuss over. We were pleasantly surprised to see an Indian dish in the already wonderful breakfast spread, and we loved that. The chef was kind enough to proactively ask us if we enjoyed the food and if we had a special request for the breakfast the next day, which they gladly honored. The hotel also had direct access to Darling Harbour, which was very convenient as we wanted to visit it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hospitality and customer service at Hyatt, and would gladly visit again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent location. Great views of the darling harbour and excellent wine and dine facilities around the hotel. Will highly recommended to anyone who is travelling and looking for a good place to stay in Sydney!

Beautiful hotel nearby the Main Street of Sydney and convenient to all location.

We were in a harbor view with balcony room and had the best view of fireworks in the harbor on Saturday night from the room. Great location with a ferry stop close by that stopped around most of the harbor. It will also stop at Circular Quay where there are more piers that gives access to all the ferries & trains. Good location to many bay front restaurants. It’s just a little loud in the evenings. You can here the music from the restaurants or clubs.

This hotel has no service at all, not worth the money and the brand name comparing with all other Hyatt Regency I stayed in over the workd. For example, I made a call from my room to book a wakeup call, even before I finished my request, the whosoever-he-is simply picked up the phone and hung up immediately without uttering a sound (Nov.30 at 17:25). I had to go down to the reception to book again. Most staff are student workers or short-time holiday workers who have no idea of what hotel service means. I seldom saw hotel staff smile. The room is not sound-proof enough.You can hear walking-by guests talk. Sometimes staff cleaned the room in the evening when you felt tired and needed an early sleep. I was waked up a few times by the vacuum cleaner in the next or opposite rooms. I went to the concierge counter for help, the staff was playing with the phone. I needed to wait for him to finish. When you entered the hotel, no staff near the entrance greeted you or smiled at you. It was a totally disappointed experience.
