The good thing about this hotel is the location - the light rail is outside the building on George St. Wynyard train station is also very close by. Woolworths Metro is across George street but is not open on the weekends. A Coles Express is above the Wynyard station and is open on the weekends. I booked an executive studio apartment based on the description of being newly refurbished. The apartment was large - 38sq m and I liked the bedroom being separated from the kitchen and lounge (down 2 steps). This apartment is looking tired, especially in the bathroom and needs maintenance. The entrance door showed signs of water damage as did the bathroom and the cupboard in the bedroom. When I enquired when the apartment was refurbished I was told 2019 - not so newly refurbished. One of the lights in the bedroom did not work and the USB ports in the kitchen area didn't work. The kitchen sink plug was missing but was replaced satisfactorily on the second attempt. The balcony was closed - no access which I'm guessing was due to the cladding on the outside of the building needing to be replaced due to a fire hazard. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. Housekeeping is upon request only. The washing machine and dryer worked fine however a drying rack would have been useful.

This place is in the central business district of Sydney. We loved the location for a pre-cruise stay. It’s only a 10 minute walk slightly down hill to the cruise port. The 1-BR studio was nice and clean and had a washer/dryer. We were able to refresh our clothes prior to our cruise. The bed could be slightly more comfortable; however, when comparing price ti the Four Seasons we can stay here for 3 nights versus 1 night at Four Seasons. The room had a microwave, kettle (coffee/tea) and a nice balcony. Entertainment on television was good as well. I would definitely stay again!

Great location and good value for a city stay. The only disappointment was the hotel's price for weekend parking in the hotel's parking station in the building (albeit run and managed by a parking company) is more expensive than the public rate. You would have thought they could negotiate a cheaper rate for its clients. But not enough to ruin a great stay.

My family of 4 stayed at this eclectic treasure. Friendly and accommodating staff and an amazing location. It’s in the heart of the city and less than a block from the train station to easily access any attractions. Tons of shopping and restaurants blocks away and a lovely restaurant on site. The building is charming and beautiful, refurbished in the original style and elegance. Firm beds and quality linen, which is an obsession of mine on vacation. It was amazing to see the hustle and bustle of the city but the noise from the street didn’t invade our room. This was a perfect oasis, in the middle of everything! We loved our stay!!!

We arrived a little earlier than reception time，highly appreciate that it was available for early check-in, so we could arrange our day tour as soon as we arrived. Staff were so warm and nice. Hotel was very clean. Very good location. We had a very good experience while staying in this hotel. 价格和旁边的A by Adina差不多，但是A by Adina更物有所值。冲啊！
