Hotel ambiance is good but staff need more training towards hospitality. The location is superb. Food stands need to improve.

Amazing stay with farms on one side and national highway on another side. Srm is a peaceful property away from hustle and bustle of the sri city yet close to it

Good property in a remote location. House keeping was clean. Average breakfast and flies around while having breakfast is not a good experience. Friendly staff. Overall an average accommodation in a location which you can’t expect more than this.

Ac issue was there. When we checked in. Entire hotel ac was not functioning. The way reception handed the issue was not up to the mark. Overall it took 3 hrs to get resolved. Post resolution ac setup is not good and effective. Food is very average. Parking space is ok. Very basic stay.

Needs improvement in ac in the room. Had to call the staff twice in the night to set it right although the staff response was good. Room kettle was not clean and had rust marks. I didn’t get a replacement even after requesting, the second one provided was not working also.

Check in process was smooth. Room was not clean. Hair on bed. Bathroom not clean. Dust and debri. Water geyser not working. Ac in room working well. Restaurant food was good bur restaurant not clean. Tables dirty. Chairs in the reception area stained and dirty.
