Nice amenities room was very comfortable

The staff and people around are extremely friendly, creating a warm atmosphere in a lovely place. This is my second time stay with my friends, we booked 4 rooms and the hotel arranged transportation for us from Mount Taishan bus station, picking us up and dropping us off. The driver was helpful, and the manager Mr Wu was very supportive. They are always ready to assist your need . Additionally, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the dining area staff were welcoming. We enjoyed lunch & dinner . Definitely we will stay there again ..

Every corner of the hotel offers a unique view, with winding paths leading to secluded spots, bamboo groves, artificial hills, stone tables, and the opportunity to soak in a large bathtub while watching koi carp gracefully swimming in Swan Lake through floor-to-ceiling windows. After climbing Mount Tai, relax in a massage chair, basking in the sun amidst the rustling of bamboo leaves, and experience a long-lost sense of tranquility.

Excellent view of the mountains, very cozy park next to the hotel, the only problem is with breakfast, they end at 9:00

I booked a room at Taian Xiyuan Mountain Residence Hotel through the Ctrip app. The hotel has a great location with very convenient transportation, right next to the Taohuayuan cable car shuttle parking lot. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant, with a shopping counter and massage chairs! The room facilities are clean and beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the bedding and linens are spotless and in excellent condition, making it very comfortable and reassuring. The hotel front desk staff are highly professional and have a strong service awareness. Every employee greets you warmly. The overall hotel service is very warm, meticulous, and thoughtful, making you feel at home and very comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the shower room is spacious, and the water pressure is excellent, making showering very comfortable. Check-out is quick and easy, without waiting for room checks, and the hotel has seamless WiFi coverage. The dining is superb, with delicious food in the restaurant, making it an excellent choice for business and leisure travel. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will highly recommend it to my friends.

The location is rather remote, the service doesn't match the price, and it's poor value for money.

If you're not in a rush, you can stay a few more days in a very comfortable hotel environment.

The hotel grounds feature pavilions, streams, and green flowerbeds, making it a great place for a vacation. We chose this hotel for our recent trip to Mount Tai with several elders in our family because it's conveniently located less than a ten-minute walk from the scenic area entrance. The rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious, and we even had a smart speaker to keep us company. The hotel staff at the front desk were very welcoming, and the restaurant service was excellent. Overall, our family was very satisfied!

The room was poorly soundproofed. Late at night, the people in the next room were drinking and making noise, which kept me up all night. No one from the store came forward to resolve the issue, and they didn't even apologize. I had to call the store manager several times before he finally showed up. His attitude was extremely bad, and his solution was very inflexible, saying that he would go anywhere else. His manners were extremely poor!
