Very comfortable room. Excellent value for money. I hope there will be more hotels like this in Taiwan. I love Taiwan.

clean and convenient place to stay near Taichung station! I was surprised with the ceiling to floor window as well! the staff are very nice too. I will come back here when i stay in Taichung!

Staff are polite and ready to assist. Easy luggage storage and check in. Room facilities are basic, but the bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. However the showerhead was difficult to position and the tub is small so water sprayed everywhere on the floor. Free water bottles are provided. There could be more hooks installed for hanging clothes or personal toiletries. The bedsheets/pillowcases were discolored but not sure if this is related to hygiene or just the bedsheet style/color. They felt clean and didn’t find any weird objects except for some hairs on the pillowcases (the staff helped us replace them).

I had an amazing stay at Napas hotel. Reception got me checked in efficiently. I was very happy to find out I had a bath and the beds were super comfortable. My only complaint would be very little on side of amenities but shower gel and shampoo where provided. Also there was a kettle available in room and the tv despite being in mandating was easy to navigate

Always stay here whenever I am in Taichung, such a lovely and cozy little building. Service is great too ! Love to be here again no doubt

Hotel is old. So is the bed sheets and comforter. The room and table is small. No chairs and cabinet

The weekend rate for this hotel was over 600, yet its facilities are akin to those found in a budget hotel costing under 100 in mainland China. It's truly dismal and incredibly rudimentary. Although there's a window, it merely faces the building opposite, with a gap of barely 30 centimeters. Moreover, the location is actually over 500 meters from the train station. What's even more astounding is that after checking out, I checked the weekday rate, and it was just over 100! I'm utterly bewildered by such absurd pricing – a drastic drop from over 600 to barely 100. And Ctrip doesn't even seem to address these discrepancies. The shower area, in particular, was genuinely primitive.

Very simple room which is spacious for 1-2 individuals. Lighting condition is good which never affect girls making up nicely hahaha. Room service satisfied me too. Staff is super friendly and the location is super convenient for travelling as the bus station is nearby and the instructions for bus riding is very detailed (u can refer to google map as well). Worth staying and I like it very much

There's a window, but no view at all. The good thing is you can enjoy free coffee or tea at lobby area, if can also provide some at room, that will be great!
