Hotel berhampiran Wufeng Lin’s Yipu Mansion, Taichung

It's about a 5 minute walk from the station, and opposite Miyahara Ice Cream. Good location with good facilities like a gym and laundry within the hotel. Room is sizeable and good, but some improvements could still be done for the hotel such as better charging ports (the ones beside bed are fixed to a certain USB type) as well as a cabinet to hang clothing and towels. Overall, highly recommended if you are looking for a stay in Taichung.

優點： 1.地理位置頗佳，離台逢甲夜市，Lalapo都很近，走路還能到草悟道的市集去晃晃，市集夜晚燈光襯托得很有一番風味。 2.特價四人房不到兩千元真的很超值。 3.房間乾淨，基本盥洗用品給得齊全。 缺點： 1.沒有提供停車場，平日（週日算平日）可以以停車發票退房時跟櫃檯申請100元退費，作為停車位賭注；假日是補助200元～假日定義要跟服務台確認。 2.浴室設計很奇怪：淋浴間沒有門，洗手間沒有鎖可以上鎖，廁所門正對床旁，浴室鏡子🪞沒有基本除霧功用。 3.臥室燈光昏暗，房間內無任何鏡子。 4.隔音沒有這樣麼好，但是不至於吵雜。

Nilai CP yang selesa dan tinggi, lokasinya senang dan senang dicari, terdapat pasar raya dan stesen minyak berdekatan. Saya tidak makan sarapan pagi di restoran, kerana terdapat seberang Bopoli yang menyerong yang sedap 😋 akan mempertimbangkan untuk memesan lagi!

Would like to highlight an issue we encountered with regards to our deposit and certain charges that were made to us but which we had not incurred. When we were checking out, we asked to have a look at our statement of charges as we understood that any additional charges would be offset by the deposit placed with the hotel. We had dinner at ”The Prime -Grill and Lounge” on one of the nights and just wanted to check if the charges were right. The statement showed 3 separate bills that were not incurred by us and were all purchases of alcohol, which we found strange. When we brought this up with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised at all with the error or sought to verify the same anywhere nor were we given any apology for the mistake. It was as though she already knew that those 3 charges were unanauthorised transactions and said that the hotel would rectify the issue with the bank in respect of our deposit. The front desk was also very adamant to not let us speak to her manager about the issue. We just wanted to highlight the above because we would usually just trust the hotel to refund the right amount of deposit without checking, especially when using credit card to pay the same. But it may be worth checking when it comes to this hotel as based on the reaction which we got from the front desk, it seems that such mistakes whether intentional or not have happened before. We also hope that the hotel would do some sort of investigation into how issues like this could happen.

Convenient location, with Nike and other outlet shops, different types of food along the street. However, hotel is a little bit old and old style if you don’t mind, you can hear the air con, pipes or the sound of the next room at night, so if you are “lucky” to get one of these rooms, try to ask for another one. Be aware not to open the window, there’s mosquitoes to annoy you whole night. Remember to get mosquito repellent at the convenient store nearby. Breakfast include vegetarian selection with buffet style, eat all you want. **********************************************************

We are visiting Alishan, Sun-moon lake so make a stop at Taichung and we find this is a nice hotel and nice room and facilities are well equipt , we like hotel breadfast at the cafe which supply a bit variety of Asian food + American food too. It's a pity we only for a night , next trip I will plan to come back here for few days stay to explore Taitung.

Clean rooms. Huge bed. Huge room Night market stone throw away. Our room was quiet. No noise issue Comfortable bed Huge toilet with bath tub Would stay again. Front desk all not very smiley. No luggage service. Housekeeping very friendly and cheerful Baby cot was so comfortable and big

Great hotel with great facilities and helpful staff though it is supposed to be self service most of the time. Staffs are helpful when needed and they do provide free luggage storage too. Really love this location and will definitely visit again. Also, recommend to upgrade your room if possible. It really makes a difference.

Location is quite a distance from the city centre. Need to walk 10-15min to find local shops and eateries. Just across the hotel got a good-size supermarket. Bought local fruits for breakfast. No malls, night markets or shopping areas nearby. Room is spacious but rather old that needs upgrading. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but selection rather limited. No yogurt and limited selection of fruits. Overall a reasonable good stay.
