Location was slightly further from the train station but shuttle bus hourly was available. Room was clean and enjoy the private onsen in the room.

Most staffs are friendly. Location is not convinient but very quiet.

Quietly located on top of mountain. Nice play area for kids with VR and air hockey.

The location is a bit far away from the MRT station. Hotel provided shuttle bus which is not that frequent. The view from the room was blocked by another hotel in front of it, it was a bit disappointed.

Loved the room with the rest area which was segregated with a screen and the luxurious private hot spring! Location wise is a little further from the metro but hotel provides a shuttle bus which was definitely useful! Good for a relaxing stay away from the hustle.

My wife and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We took the hotel 10-seater van (after breakfast) and small bus (after dinner) down to the city twice to tour the city and visit the hot spot tourist traps. We walked down to the nearby convenience store the first night to stock up on drinks (recommended). We tried the in-room hot spot twice as well as the public in-door hot spot once. We also tried the a la carte (recommended) as well as the set course meal (over priced) at the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet is decent. Finally, we swam at the pool (right next to the public in-door hot spot) and tried the Mario cart-like racing and zombie killing VR games (free for one play each hotel guest per day). The hotel staff are courteous and professional, and their smiles are very welcome. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and hope to come back one day.

Overall it was a great experience, you got your own hot spring tube in the room and breakfast is not bad.

Nice and quiet hotel. Dinner at the Green Restaurant was great but breakfast was quite bad and not worth paying extra.

This hotel is great for couple and families to stay in. It is great for couple as the place is very cozy and not far away from beitou city center, has personal hot spring in the bathroom and it is quiet and spacious for those who are on honeymoon and wanting some privacy. It is also great for family because they have a various range of breakfast and there are many kids activities too. Since we went with our 1 year old baby, they provide baby bassinet and all the bathroom amenities. even a small baby bathtub for shower. i would come back to stay again if i go back to Taiwan in the future.

The hot springs at the hotel were excellent. There was only one or two people using them when I did. The location is easy and the shuttle bus is convenient. My children enjoyed the traditional Japanese tatami rooms. Our meals in the restaurant were average. The breakfast buffet was better. I recommend this hotel for a hot springs vacation.
