Pembersihan sangat baik, dan auntie juga sangat sopan, tetapi akan ada bunyi apabila membelok katil, yang akan menjejaskan tidur saya. Saya harap ia boleh diperbaiki! Although the hotel is far from the city, everything about the hotel itself is amazing. Book this place to get away from the craziness of downtown, but be sure to leave from here more than 4 hours to get to the airport if you're driving. It can be troublesome. I’ll return here again because I enjoy the ease and air of the room. It fits~ Both Double and King rooms are nice and the Internet is blazing fast in case you need to stream or hold online meetings.

Jika tidak, pemandu akan sering berhenti di tempat yang salah. What sets this hotel apart: If you are looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood (instead of a hotel along a busy/noisy street) with a good value/price, great service, and convenient location in Taipei, this hotel is a strong contender. This combination is what sets it apart from other hotels. Hotels nearby are either priced higher or along the main streets. Positives: - The team's service and attitude are consistently professional and courteous throughout my entire stay. Everyone was professional. No one came across rude, impatient, or defensive. They thanked me for choosing them and also took responsibility/ownership on things they did not do right the first time. - They took notes on things you said and requested with immediate response or within 24 hours if needed more time. - They practiced active listening, asked clarification questions to ensure what I needed/requested. - Excellent breakfast, full of variety. They kept standard items standard by providing them daily but also added some variety by changing 3-5 dishes. All foods are fresh and prepared on site. - Housekeeping service had great attitude and was efficient in cleaning throughout the entire stay. - They have an elevator. Most hotels in Taiwan have elevators. - They are happy to help moving your luggage upon request. - Excellent hot shower temperature and pressure - Amenities provided in the room is abundant with good quality - They are trustworthy in honoring pre-agreed upon check-in requirements. Before booking this hotel, I asked about the check-in requirements and what I felt comfortable providing and what not. They agreed and executed accordingly. I appreciate how their words and actions are consistent, which is very different from some hotels (Best Western always acted inconsistently, Marriott, Hilton, and IHG hotels are spotty, some are good, and some are bad) in the US and Canada where they said/agreed one things and acted differently when I arrived at the front desk for check-in. Hotel services in Taiwan are generally much better in terms of service attitude and honoring their words. - Effective expectation management and communication - When raising issues, they took it with positive attitude: they always first owned it by providing a sincere apology, tried to solve it immediately. If they couldn't solve it right away, they asked for more time and provided a timeframe on when it would be solved. Throughout my stay, 50% of issues were solved immediately, and 50% were solved within 12 to 24 hours. No issues remained unresolved. - Common areas are always very clean and organized. Negatives: - Not always have people at the front desk to help open the heavy doors. Better to change it to auto-sliding doors. - The elevator carpet is gross and dirty: time to change it. There was a hair hidden underneath the hand towel on first day - raised the issue and they fixed it the next morning. Should not have missed at first place. - There was a dirty blue cup with watermarks all

Highly recommended👍🏻 The hotel is located at the heart of shopping district besides MRT station. Lot of eateries nearby and the breakfast is good. They even serve free flow of snacks (assorted biscuits, mini pancake, etc.) after breakfast time. Really enjoyed the bubble tea from Orange Tea shop which is at downstairs only. Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Taiwan.

Fantastic location and hospitality. We stayed a total of 4 nights in our recent trip and we booked the panoramic view room right at the corner of 14th floor where one can view the 101 clearly through the full length windows. Superb location amidst hipster cafes and steps away from the East District shopping streets full of street brands and boutiques. There is a 24hr carrefour and McDonald's nearby and a massage place about 5min away opens till midnight. Great hospitality as hotel staff are all very helpful, helped with our private car booking to jiufen and provide very good concierge services. Breakfast was choice of local delights or MOS burger. We chose the local sets daily because they are good and authentic. Save the trouble of going down for a bite as you can pick up and set and dine at your room. Room was very clean, not new but clean. Provide basic toiletries and shower facilities was on point, hot water and good water pressure. There's electrical point in bathroom for vanity convenience as well. Will definitely pick this hotel again next visit to Taipei. Thank-you!

The hotel staff were friendly, nice and helpful. Cleaning lady replenished the towels and toothbrushes etc on a daily basis. The room is small, but had two toilets - one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is the most enjoyable one. It was huge and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel needs a major cleaning - one can view the dust and dirt from the interior. The bed was comfortable, but tv channels are quite limited. I would really want to compliment the staff. They were so friendly, and helped arrange a massage session for me with Mother’s Day promotion. Easy to chat with them on what’s nice to eat nearby too. The location is fantastic in terms of the eateries and shopping nearby. There is also a supermarket nearby too. I used foodpanda and it was so convenient as well. Mrt is not so near (about 12 mins walk?).

Excellent service from staff, who are mostly friendly and polite. Location is unbeatable as just few steps from Zhongxiao Fuxing MTR and also can take CitiAirbus 1960 from Taoyuan Airport to hotel easily. However on return trip the bus stop is a little far away near Howard Hotel, wish they would re-open the nearby bus stop near hotel back to airport. So as our luggage was quite heavy with many food items including mangoes, so we decided to take a taxi back to airport but this can be arranged with hotel direct at a special price NT$1,100 (it’s actually a private car like Uber) as much cheaper than taking a taxi that cost NT$1200-1300+. Also next door is Amo Bakery which sells excellent cheesecake, honey cake and cookies, must buy as it’s so good which we bought some upon departure day as quite similar taste to what we bought from Hokkaido before. And nearby has many great eateries, surrounded by stores like Sogo, Watson’s, Carrefour, Cosmed and a huge Poya store to stock up on beauty related stuff, must visit:)

The hotel cleanliness is just ok, but some of the blanket show stains and make me and my siblings itchy. Maybe because we have sensitive skins and eczema but it's still a thing to be pointed out. The hotel soundproof is good and it's a spacious room indeed. The breakfast wise is just ok but will get bored if need to eat a whole week or so. Overall it's OK.

Booked 3-person room but wasn’t happy with the condition. Requested to check out immediately since no bed was allowed to be added, and were told that all the 4-person room was sold out. Taipei was our last stop so we wanted a good ending and we needed a room for three nights stay. Spoke to the FO manager who reluctantly but finally offered an one bedroom suite. The room was spacious and bright. We were happy and appreciative initially but their beds and couches were believed to be full of dust mite. We were suffering from severe insect bites, esp our 4 years old son (whom photos can be provided later). Quite a disappointment despite the hotel was newly refurbished and centrally located. The hot spring is only open for 16 years old and above so the hotel isn’t family oriented.

地點超方便，就在捷運忠孝敦化站的上蓋，樓下是台灣網紅「黑男」拍攝「街頭邱比特」的那間ZARA! 而且後面幾條街都是Fashion 小店，仲有香港熟悉嘅Airspace, D+AF, Klassic門市等等。 另外行路15分鐘，就可以到「松山文創區」，一個比較新興嘅地點，文青之選，詳程可睇我寫過關於這景點的文章：）
