Hotel berhampiran 總統副總統文物館 (Presidential and Vice Presidential Artifacts Museum), Taipei

We had a fantastic stay at Cityinn Hotel Plus Ximending Branch . The excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made our trip memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

Room clean and cleaner very friendly Location near MRT NTU Hospital. But check in have to through Kiosk machine and we using Trip.com to book and send us booking number through watapps but when we use internal phone ask and the staff sound not really unfriendly seem like we don't read through out the message, they need confirmation number to key in instead of booking number and bla bla to say..2nd we double comfirm the room with window we had booked but staff said that is no window and we said we confirm the booking attached with window cause we want this type..And a joke was staff said u can't choose the room and that was not scary without window..We think all staff have to learn how to answer passengers issues.

Bed is very wobbly. You can feel the movement of your partner in bed. Some rooms have it worse. We could not sleep for hours the first night. Around 4AM, we were fed up and asked for help from the frontdesk. When complaining, the staff would not help at all. They did not believe us and dismissed the problems. We had to angrily convince them to even take a look. After looking, they finally gave in and said we were right. We got another room, but we could not let our sleeping 2 year old sleep in the old room while I moved to the new room to get a couple hours of sleep. The staff made us move all our luggage and the sleeping child to the new room, even if nobody was staying in the used room. The cleaning would be the next day anyway. Very poor service and 0 logic was used. Unfortunate, because the rest was great.

Lokasi yang baik dengan beberapa tempat makanan yang lazat berdekatan, banyak kedai serbaneka. Tempat itu sendiri tenang dan bersih. Langsir yang baik di sekeliling katil dan bilik mandi yang bersih dan luas. Penginapan yang damai, sangat disyorkan.

Lokasi di Ximending, sangat mudah, tetapi pintu masuk sukar ditemui. Bilik ini boleh memuatkan dua katil single dan masih mempunyai ruang untuk bergerak. Cuma penghawa dingin menitiskan air, dan anda perlu menggunakan baldi plastik untuk menangkap titisan air, dan anda akan mendengar bunyi air menitis ketika anda tidur. Harga ni okay!

Located within minutes from Ximending and the Taipei metro, so it was the perfect location for me. I had the deluxe room which was spacious, with lots of room space to move around and there was a mini fridge, open wardrobe where I could hang my clothes and a counter top on the side with 2 chairs. The shower and toilet was also spacious with a kinda bathtub. Shower gel and shampoo in dispenser were also available. Toothrbrush, shaver, comb and shower cap were all available during check in if required and bathroom slippers were also available in the room. Little things that made everything complete. At the concierge, there were snacks that were free of charge for guests and a water dispenser that serves sparkling water which was so cool! The room will be cleaned upon request and when I asked why, they said cos some guests want their privacy and do not wanna be disturbed so they will only clean the room upon request. Luckily I am quite a tidy person and didn’t eat in my room so my room was generally clean and didn’t really need any cleaning during my stay. Towels were sufficient and I only needed more tissue and mineral water during my stay and was given to me upon my request. If anything is needed, the concierge is also available 24 hours which ensured peace of mind for every guest. But most of all, it was the staff that made my stay fun and memorable. They were extremely friendly and approachable. I love the family/friends feel whenever I was in their space. They were also extremely helpful when I asked about where I could get great local food and they would even Google and show me exactly what they were recommending and made sure I will get to the desired destination. Overall, this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone when travelling to Taipei Taiwan.

Good location near Taipei Station but no window in the room so you can't tell is day or night and the toilet is translucent glass so will be problem for friend or colleagues if share room. Toilet don't have shelve to place toiletries and no mirror in the room for dress up.

I had a pleasant solo stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, making for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

Kali kedua tinggal di sini, secara keseluruhan semuanya baik. Palam pengering rambut sangat longgar, jadi anda perlu menekan palam untuk meniup rambut anda. Tempat menyidai baju hanya beberapa cangkuk pendek di dinding agak tidak mencukupi 😂 Macam mana pun adjust suhu aircond, rasa macam sama je😅 Lokasinya bersebelahan dengan Ximending Ia agak dekat dengan Stesen Beimen dan mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 7 minit dari hotel ke Ximending. Cumanya tiada tingkap, jadi senang tidur sampai lupa masa 😂 Tapi harganya agak murah.
