The room is spacious and very clean. The hot spring is great with separate foot hot spring area.

My booking is a family room, the hotel will come to empty the rubbish bin but not cleaning up the bed and Japanese mattress. The hotel Location is perfect, right next to the JR station and a very famous beef restaurant. I like the room with washing machine. Will consider to stay again.

Throughout the 9-day trip to Nagoya, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Pros👍 🇯🇵The hotel is located right next to the Takayama JR station which is very convenient for luggage drop-off. 🇯🇵The interior design and environment is very nice. 🇯🇵 Love the hot springs (also include one for foot!) and the night view on rooftop even though it was raining. 🇯🇵The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They speak English well. 🇯🇵The room size is bigger than expected, with a small table and two chairs. The room provides a great street view too! Cons👎 🇯🇵um I can’t think of any so far lol (maybe I just stayed for one night)

Nice design, clean environment and friendly staff. I went to the hot spring in the morning, there is not much people there which is really great that I can enjoy the quiet and comfortable moments there.

Always like the tokyu stay hotels! With washing machine in each room. However, the hotel needs to do more maintenance with the facilities, the washing machine keep having U04 error.

Very helpful staff, the breakfast was good. The hotel is just right next to the station.

Most expensive but best hotel we stayed in for our 2 week vacation. Parking was on site and convenient. Great that there was a washer/dryer and microwave in the room. Room was big and clean. The hotel staff is professional and can communicate clearly in English. Other than the usual onsens available for use, there is a free foot baths and private Onsen facilities for booking.

The hotel is just next to the train and bus station. It is a very nice hotel with good onsen and view at the roof of the hotel. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. I will definitely stay here when my next visit.

onsen is outstanding for business hotel. The atmosphere is out of my expectation. I definitely will visit again when I travel to same city again.

Very convenient as the hotel is just beside the station. It's new and clean. There's a washing machine in the room which comes in handy for longer trips. And there's a private onsen that you can book in advance. 

Nice and beautiful hotel ... It's looks grand and classy with it's decorative.. Location is excellent... Just next to the train station.. Recommended....

Its very close to the JR station! Highly recommend to stay there!
