Hotel Takayama dengan Spa

Throughout the 9-day trip to Nagoya, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Pros👍 🇯🇵The hotel is located right next to the Takayama JR station which is very convenient for luggage drop-off. 🇯🇵The interior design and environment is very nice. 🇯🇵 Love the hot springs (also include one for foot!) and the night view on rooftop even though it was raining. 🇯🇵The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. They speak English well. 🇯🇵The room size is bigger than expected, with a small table and two chairs. The room provides a great street view too! Cons👎 🇯🇵um I can’t think of any so far lol (maybe I just stayed for one night)

The hotel is only 1 block across the JR station with many restaurants around the area, less than 10 minutes leisure walk to the historic area. Room is very well maintained and spacious, with comfortable beddings, strong showers. The hotel is very responsive with my emails and questions, I feel that they are really trying their best to accomodate my request with occupant change that we really appreciate. Breakfast is adequate with a good selection of hot dishes, Japanese and continental. Overall a great hotel in Takayama

車で到着した時からチェックイン時も、ウエルカムなホスピタリティーを感じました。 ロビーラウンジでは、コーヒーサービスがありました。 部屋はお任せ部屋プランで、和室の８畳&広縁でした。 宿ではほぼ椅子がある広縁で過ごすつれあいは、駐車場に面して窓が小さく、天井が斜めで、敷居に頭がぶつかる広縁だったので、この部屋は訳ありかもと言ってました。 和室は普通で、部屋では鍵も二本、Wi-Fiも使えました。浴衣は女性は色浴衣が選べます。冷水も電気ポットもあります。 お風呂は、ニ種類の源泉で、硫黄泉と単純泉の露天風呂があり、露天風呂は2つと樽風呂が2つありました。露天風呂の単純泉の方からは穂高の山々が望めました。 内湯は硫黄泉です。湯の花が沈んでいます。 とても良い温泉で露天風呂も広く、感激しました。 脱衣場洗面エリアには、アメニティーが揃ってます。 夕食は大広間でテーブル間のスペースも十分でした。 穂高会席は満足しました。 特に飛騨牛乳と飛騨モッツァレラの冷やし茶碗蒸しと、飛騨牛の陶板焼きが特に美味しかったです。 またデザート(チーズケーキ、キャラメルプリンも美味で、飛騨メロンとパインは甘熟でした。 日本酒は始めに地酒の冷酒一合を頼んでましたが、後で地酒冷酒一合が３本で現在割引中の2000円があったのを後から気づき、３本セットにしてもらいました。地酒３種、それぞれの味わいの違いを楽しみました。 お食事係の方は感じよく、チャッカマンもテーブルに置いていってくれたので、好きな時にお肉か焼けて良かったです。 朝食も同じ会場でした。若い方だとボリュームが無いかもしれませんが、熟年の我らには良い量でした。コーヒーと紅茶サービスもあります。 穂高のロープウェイの真ん前にあるホテルです。 温泉も食事も接客も良いホテルに泊まる事ができ、遠くまで来て良かったと思いました。

Good location, close to transport. Room had a futon style bed. Shared facilities with a Ryokan and shower with a range of toiletries. Towels, hairdryer, sleepwear, slippers included. Kettle and tea or coffee in the room or at reception. I would stay here again.

Genuine Japanese style accommodation in an Onsen. Facilities are limited but one encounters Japan like no other. Admitting that sleeping on a mattress next to each other is not for everyone and so might be the public shower in the Onsen. Shuttle bus to the city is needed as its quite far from the city centre. Luggage storage is very limited. Curfew at 11pm without exception.
