Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and private courtyard parking. The only downsides were a hard pillow and the shower water leaking into the bathroom in room 736.

Decent room with a not too bad location

Amazing location. Everything is close by. I really enjoyed and will come again.

Location was great. Has parking. Roadwork blocked off most of front entrance! So super inconvenient looking for a way to entrance, especially for those who has a car. Front desk service is slow.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach. The most surprising thing is the rich breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods, which will inject full vitality into your new day. Here, you will experience caring service, comfortable accommodation environment and delicious breakfast.

The hotel is right next to the old town, and you can walk to the old town and the pier. The facilities and equipment are very good, the breakfast is rich with many choices, and everything in the lobby is very nice!

位置：離老城很近，酒店對面就是商場和超市，酒店門口就是公交，位置十分優秀。 環境：整體環境還是挺好的。 設施：房間比較小。

Sijainti mitä parhain, heti Virukeskusta vastapäätä. Siisti aula ja siistit huoneet. Vastaanottovirkailija oli hieman teennäisen ystävällinen. Hän ei kertonut mihin aikaan on check-out, eikä mistään muistakaan hotellin palveluista. Huoneen sängyt ja vuodevaatteet olivat todella hyvät. Meitä oli kolme ilmoitettu varauksessa ja lisäsänkyä ei ollut pedattu valmiiksi eikä siihen ollut myöskään vuodevaatteita. Ne onneksi toimitettiin suht nopeasti soitettuani respaan. Huoneessa oli esite k18 relax alueesta jostain olisin ollut todella kiinnostunut. Hotellissa oli tarjolla myös hierontaa ym hoitoja. Digitaalinen varausjärjestelmä jumitti niin pahasti että kyllästyin odottamaan ja tällä kertaa emme päässeet nauttimaan muista palveluista. Harmittavaa oli että respa ei maininnut mitään näistä tarjolla olevista palveluista.

整體而言，惟一的優點是地點方便，鄰近公交車站，對面就是超級市場及食肆。其他的只值1-2分。 酒店空間太小，放了兩張床後，連打開行李的位置也沒有。 住了三晚，一次打掃衞生或換毛巾也沒有，垃圾也沒有清潔，洗手間的廁紙用完也是自己到櫃臺問取。完全沒有服可言。 床墊很薄，軟得不行，對腰非常不好，所以三晚也沒睡好。如果同等價錢，我相信有更好的選擇。
