It was an excellent old town stay. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, fully equipped bathroom, charming interior. Brand boutiques nearby.

Very nice location. Very attentive service from the reception staff, very accommodating. Good breakfast selection. I would totally recommend it.

驚喜的一天，酒店免費給我升房了，房間在最高層，酒店員工幫我把行李拿到房裡，房間有寫好的歡迎卡片和擺好的果盤，飲用水，還有一個畫架可以畫畫，窗外的風景也很好，很滿意的一次住宿體驗！

房間會明顯比較小但是好在設施齊全，不太能接受的是毛巾和浴巾上有一些異味。工作人員相對比較熱情，早餐的質量還算過關。

Location is great, but everything else is disappointing. This cannot be considered a 5 stars hotel. The rooms are dated and amenities are poor. No hand towels or slippers, no complimentary water bottles, rooms will not be cleaned unless you request it. The hotel has no spa or gym, and breakfast selection is poor. Most staff members do not speak English.

It's a lovely property and the staff is very customer focused. My one complaint is that the walls between rooms are very thin, as I was able to hear my neighbors all the time that seemed to never sleep.

Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was good and allergies had been taken into notice. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Especially on the bar.

Such a lovely hotel. Very helpful staff. Location is perfect to walk to sightseeing spots, to shops and to restaurants. Safe and clean hotel. Highly recommend.

It was good value overall but in need of repair. The carpet in our room had cigarette burns. The internet was terrible.

Online checkin is atrocious and they should not be allowed to say it is quicker. It may dave the hotel time butnit doesn't save the guest any time just costs you more You still need to check in again and show passport and sign ay hotel. Crazy!!!
