Front desk help could be better. The complementary breakfast was average. Close to the airport was good.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. I’m ok with “we’re not full service” but that does not mean “no service”. There was no cleaning in the room unless we specifically asked, we had to go to the front desk to get towels and pillows, we had a plumbing problem and there was no maintenance person available to fix it, there was no milk available at breakfast and when you tried to call the front desk from your room there was no connection. It seemed for most of the time that there was only 1 person working in the whole hotel. Not only a service problem but could be a big safety problem. We will look elsewhere the next time.

I booked this trip through *******, for two rooms. We get to the hotel, the front desk woman says “ you have one room!” I showed her our ******* reservation clearly says 2 rooms. I need to get the manager, he comes out looks at the computer and States” it’s Expedias fault!!! Need to call them. He says I have 1 more room. It’s $75 more. I had to take it . Called ******* ( very nice customer service person). They say, No. the holiday In over booked. They will straighten it out, with in 2 hours holiday Inn corporate called said check credit card. Money has been returned. Awful front desk service

Very clean. The one problem I have is that it was very loud. Someone somewhere had their TV very loud and was walking around. Thankfully I travel with earplugs so I popped those in. There is no carpet in the rooms so I suspect that is why everything so loud (and so clean).

Computer system down, only 1 person working desk...line did not move. We asked for them to store luggage and left for dinner. When we returned system up but could not find reservation...said 2 people had sa.e last name. Finally got correct room.

The hotel and room were nice, it was comfortable and nice big TV. The floors were a bit dirty (especially behind the couch), the phone had no dial tone so could not call down to the desk for wake up call, and would be nice to have couch pillows with the sofa.

It's was NYE (Bucs game), but fireworks were going off all night (including what sounded like M80s very close by). Also, people were slamming doors & talking very loudly in the hall - all night. So, let's just say we didn't get much sleep. I even turned the fan on to drown out the noise. If I were to stay again (not on NYE), I'd bring a white noise machine (the person in the room next door was snoring really loud too).

Night clerk went above and beyond duty to check us in. And he said "It was just his job."

Extremely clean & well kept up. Negative issues were TV reception was very poor, could only get a few channels. Also, both window shades were stuck in either up or down position

T is so nice and friendly! Made the check in process smooth and was helpful for places to check out.
