酒店並不是封閉式管理，服務員是黑人，英文不好，我在酒店還丟了項鍊。另外，我入住酒店的時候又要付款（等於付了2次，因酒店説攜程上的預付款還未到賬），離店的時候確認預付款到賬了就會退款，但這個款$108.35至今沒有退回。

The hotel was gross. The service at the front was not very kind or friendly. They didn’t have clean towels for the pool so they said they were going to close the pool. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Carlos, the Supervisor/Manager was excellent and provided solutions for multiple requests to arrive and check-in early.

The internet had not been working for a while and management didn't seem to think it was a priority. Not good.

Hotel under construction. Breakfast was minimal at best. Had to pay $100 extra fee that they said would be refunded if there was no damage to my room. Hoping I get that back. Would not recommend this place to stay. For the cost no very good.

Conditions is good nee paint and i think just did renovation but there is not any closet in rooms or neither anything guest can hang there clothes
