Fighting outside, black mold on ceiling, ac smelled bad, one remote didn’t work not a lot of channels n no guide

太垃圾了，一股黴味，衞生和環境都很差，不建議去！

This hotel is not clean, has roaches & Rats. Customer service is the worst! The rooms are filthy, the bathroom is disgusting and nothing works right ot is broken.

The rooms are nasty I don't feel safe there it's a lot of people hanging out on the property and and someone went in the room they gave me and I went and told them they didn't want to give me another room until I got the police involved I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The pool was okay the sheets were stained pillow cases dirty hairs and stains on everything. No outlets worked. There was huge holes in the bathroom wall the size of a large book and the door wouldn’t shut

We arrived at the hotel, drove to our room, open the door, and all we had was smell of cigarettes and electrical sticking out of the wall very dirty shower area. Also outside of the room there were people arguing and loitering outside of the property. We informed the person at the desk that we were very unhappy and would like a refund they told us we had to contact ******* we did and I was informed that it was ain’t no refund. I do not find this to be fair if they are advertising through your company They should provide a cleaner and safer environment. ******* needs to research these hotels that are being advertised on their website because they are falsely being represented. I do believe that I should be recompensated someone or ******* of themselves with a waiver or a full refund no family should have to go through this when booking through your website, please let me know what we can do as your customer to help you correct these problems. Thank you for your help.

The place was not in very good condition, curtains on window didn’t close all the way , dressers were falling apart, paint was poorly done, couch looked dirty and you could see right under the door and there was space in the door jam too, bed creaked. Just wasn’t what the pictures portrayed in my opinion.

Staff is awesome and very hard working. Area around the property isn’t the greatest and it’s very noisy.

This Motel could be very nice if they would just talk with me and spend some money on improvements. I could work each room for less then $100. Per each room. 2-3 rooms per day. Beautiful, classy and sophisticated.

My stay was horrible the hotels was extremely dirty and stink. I would never recommend Tampa Inn and it should be shut down.

The motel was very bad. It was neglected. The room was not clean enough. It had a very bad smell. I didn't stay to sleep because it made me very upset. I lost the money for the stay because they won't give it back.

Checkin was smooth.. asked for a non smoking room but first thing I smelled was smoke when I walked into the room. Dirty exterior and very seedy. People were outside my door all night due to the proximity of the washers and dryers. No soap or shampoos or other amenities were available.
