it was really pleasant stay with luxury interior Hotel was beautiful and great 10mim taxi ride from the airport All the staff from reception and restaurants, they were so sweet person and friendly I really appreciated Helped me a lot about taxi and travel route Restaurant staff helped to order Uzbekistan soup not on the menu. Was so yummy. Thank you So quite, clean and huge room It was really relaxing stay Thanks all!!

Wonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season. Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request. Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing. Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed. Overall best value hotel from 20 in the city

Hotel is good but stuff a bit bad, we booked business suit but when we arrived first day they said business suit is repair and asked to stay in normal room they said it will be ready till tomorrow, after day they tried to give us another bigger room like it’s a business suit but that was not

The hotel is new. Good, convenient location,close to the city center. Modern recreational area with pool, spa, sauna, hammam and gym. The room was tidy and clean.Good european style breakfast. Very nice and friendly staff at reception, hotel's restaurant and recreational area. Our floor hotel's maid Shoira was just excellent, very kind, professional and helpful.

Honestly, the service was good. Be it day or night, the staffs were very helpful and always there to help you. I appreciate very much! Their service is similarly where you will get from a renowned hotel. However, if you want to be in the centre of the city, then you might want to consider because the location is quite far from the touristy sights. As for me, I am a solo traveller, and I always like to wander around further from the city whichever country I’m in, hence I chose this hotel. But worry not, if you have or download Yandexgo (similar to Uber), then you could just travel by taxi from the app. It’s cheap and affordable. You can even order food or engage a delivery service. There’s also a local fastfood Evos beside the hotel and also a convenience store across the road. Overall, I am satisfied during my 4-day stay.

We were staying in the hotel one week in September 22. It's a four star hotel close to Tashkent zoo. I'll mention here what i liked and didn't like. Room: we had a room no 305 with a blind window. Window into wall which is not a superb view of course. They have tea and coffee in the room. Hotel itself is not in the center and the best way to get there is taxi. Bathroom: convenient with shower gel and even tooth brush ready for you. Pool: very nice, really recommend it in the morning before breakfast. Stuff: friendly, speaking many languages, helpful. Cleaning: three days we didn't have any cleaning. On the fourth day when we asked, they cleaned the garbage bins in the room. Towels they also clean when you ask. Fitness room: it has very bad conditioning and ventilation system. I tried to run once but because of lack of the fresh air didn't do anymore. Restaurant: we all the time had dinner at the restaurant in the evening. Excellent. Turkish shef cook deserves highest recommendation. Food was tasty, fresh, quickly served and not expensive. We were paying for food during check out. Service, tips were already included into bill. Quietness: keep in mind that they have parties sometimes. Then the restaurant is fully booked, they have music on. Sometimes it was noisy but usually they stop partying around 11-12.
