I stayed at this hotel for six nights and it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is very clean, perfectly located, and the staff are truly professional. My room was spacious, and the minibar was fully stocked with fresh fruits, drinks, and snacks. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety and everything tasted amazing. Honestly, this hotel is so good that it deserves 7 stars. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting China.

Hotel is close to the beach and staff are helpful but the carpet feels dirty on my feet and there were some yellow spatter marks on the walls in the bathroom. The AC had a hard time getting below 24 so I definitely woke up sweating a few times but they came and looked at it the second day and it was slightly better down to 22. The view and room were nice I appreciated the sofa/ living area but the couch did have several stains. The hotel bar /cafe didn’t have many food options but drinks were pretty good. Breakfast was good and had many options.

完全超出預期的一次入住體驗。整個酒店簡約高級的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，很好的度假選擇地。從走進房間的那一刻開始就註定了這趟旅行充滿了驚喜。定的海景房，超大的陽台，海景一覽無遺。房間有各種酒，對我們兩個愛微醺的女孩子來説無疑是驚喜。酒店有接駁車，去哪裡都別接車送很方便。這裏特別感謝我們的管家小姐姐惠子旭還有客房服務員翟曉春。感謝管家的全程安排有求必應，提前説了來陪姐妹過生日想要有生日佈置，預期也就是簡單的小布置，沒想到那麼好看，朋友特別感動！也感謝客房阿姨的細心照料。也讓我們感受到是真的會被在意入住感受的。真心感謝瀾汐感謝所有的工作人員！在大城市習慣了繁忙的工作節奏和生活，在這裏好像時間會變慢，會感受到被温柔對待。還會再來阿那亞，還會再來瀾汐❤️

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

The most thing that I enjoy is the location and the attitude of the people there, otherwise the hotel isn’t worth what I paid for! the room seems like old model hotel rooms and the carpet little bit smelly and not clean enough! If you are brave enough to buy something whiteish, you should buy something strong enough to clean it very well!

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, the Shangri-La in Qinhuangdao is definitely worth a vacation! ⛱️ 1️⃣ The hotel management is very professional and the service level is high. Although there was a bit of a queue when checking in on the first day, someone immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we entered. The management even directed guests to the 23rd floor for check-in when they saw the long queues. 2️⃣ The cleanliness is impeccable. Before check-in, a manager even performs a hygiene inspection. The bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable; I practically fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. 3️⃣ The five-star standard is truly impressive. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the desserts and dinner at the executive lounge are very thoughtfully prepared. Turndown service is also available. The swimming pool water is crystal clear and maintained at 28 degrees Celsius. We barely left the hotel during our entire holiday. 4️⃣ The hotel has a beautiful garden, and with just a card swipe, you're right on the beach where you can feed seagulls. 5️⃣ The soundproofing is excellent. We stayed in the room closest to the elevator and were initially worried about noise, but we couldn't hear a thing.

After changing your clothes, you will see a lot of uncles and aunts. In each different big pool, there is no staff management. Facilities: Hotel facilities are good, there is a private soup in the house. Breakfast is an ordinary box lunch. We have two large and one small rooms, but there is no child for breakfast. RRichterA true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

GGuest UserI wanted to choose a Dujie Family Hotel not far from Shijiazhuang. After looking around, I chose Dongtaihang Dawn Hotel, which is more than two hours’ drive from Shijiazhuang. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The environment of the hotel built in the scenic spot is really good. We came here during the National Day. There were very few people in the hotel and we were relatively quiet. There were only two of us in the children's pool. It is worth mentioning that The temperature of the children's heated swimming pool is very high, more than 30 degrees, and my old mother really likes it! In addition, the hotel is only a five-minute walk from the entrance of the East Taihang Scenic Area, and more than ten minutes' drive from the Jingniang Lake Scenic Area. The scenic area has been developed for many years and is very mature. In addition to staying in the hotel, it is well worth a visit with the children. Service: Compared with the well-trained service staff of five-star hotels, this hotel has more local enthusiasm. Before check-in, a housekeeper Xie Yingying was added. She prepared the room in advance very thoughtfully and put the items according to our requirements. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the ski resort, making travel incredibly convenient, and self-parking was a breeze. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent underfloor heating throughout and great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and any requests were promptly addressed with thoughtful attention to detail. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring, sourced from 3600 meters underground, offering a full range of indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable water temperatures – perfect for unwinding after skiing, melting away all fatigue instantly. The dining was authentic and offered great value for money, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. The overall environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the service is considerate, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.
