My kids absolutely loved this hotel! The lobby instantly caught their eye with its Disney-themed decor, and there was free popcorn to enjoy. Due to the holiday, check-in wasn't super quick, but the service was incredibly thorough. Our room was on a high floor, so you definitely need to pay attention to which elevator you're taking. The hotel's amenities are all-inclusive: a swimming pool, a paid water park, a paid indoor playground, an arcade, a shopping arcade, and a snack street – they have everything you could possibly want. We especially loved the Japanese brand Don Quijote; it was a shopping spree for both adults and kids, so much fun to browse! If you want to go to The Venetian, you just walk out of the hotel lobby, cross the road, and you're at The Parisian Macao. You can also get to The Venetian and The Londoner from the hotel's second-floor walkway, which is incredibly convenient. Eating, exploring, and shopping – you can do it all in one place. Highly recommended! The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to the ferry terminal and airport every half hour, which is super convenient. I definitely recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy, welcoming vibe throughout our stay. The location was perfect for getting around, and the views were lovely — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Our stay at The Venetian Macao far exceeded expectations! A special thanks to Manager Sam Wong and Rosie from the Guest Relations team. Their service was meticulous and heartwarming. They not only arranged a private car transfer and prepared a generous welcome fruit basket in our room, but also surprised us with custom chocolates engraved with our child's name, and even gifted us a gondola ride experience. Every detail was a delightful surprise, and their communication was efficient and thoughtful, leaving us with wonderful memories of our family trip. The hotel environment was comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely choose The Venetian again on our next visit to Macao. Thanks again to both staff members for their genuine service! Our child and family were all incredibly happy.

Great environment, convenient transportation, and an excellent location, making it easy to get around and shop. Highly recommended. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Plus, the hotel offers breakfast on the third floor and lunch/dinner on the second floor. I was with my parents, and it was raining that day, so it was super convenient to just eat right there without having to go out.

The location is super convenient, right opposite Grand Lisboa, with many cha chaan tengs and snack bars nearby. There are also numerous bus stops right outside the hotel, making it extremely accessible. The room was spacious, with a large wardrobe and a dedicated area for luggage. The bathroom was also excellent, with good water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was great, and most importantly, the bed was large and incredibly comfortable. All in all, for this price, such a good room is excellent value. A small incident occurred: I accidentally left my beloved earrings in the bathroom when I checked out. I only realized it when I arrived in Zhuhai. I quickly contacted the hotel to see if they could mail them back to Shanghai. The hotel staff said that sending express delivery would be very complicated and that they had already safely stored them for me. They suggested I could pick them up on my next trip to Macau, or have a friend pick them up. A few days ago, a friend who works in Macau and commutes to Zhuhai daily helped me retrieve the earrings from the hotel and mailed them to me. I just received them today. I'm very grateful to Hotel Sintra for safekeeping my earrings and I also commend the hotel's strict management. When my friend went to pick up the earrings, they had to upload their ID card and Hong Kong and Macau通行证 (travel permit) to the hotel's email, which is something we should all learn from. I love Macau and will definitely visit again when I have time, and I will certainly stay at Hotel Sintra.

The customer service is superb and the staff are so friendly. The room is spacious and I like the centralized ventilation that you can adjust to have air cond or heater function.  It is very convenient and the food in the restaurants there are having good quality. I look forward to return in my next holidays. The Grand Resort Deck access is free during the stay and we had so much fun there!

The room was very spacious and even had a bathtub, which the kids loved. It's really close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient to get to The Venetian, then head to The Parisian for photos of the Eiffel Tower, hit The Londoner for some Instagram-worthy shots, walk to Rua do Cunha for snacks, visit the Taipa Houses Museum for more photos, and finally, take the cable car at Wynn Palace in the evening to see the night view. Plus, you can catch a free shuttle from the StarWorld Hotel across the street! We had some rain this trip and missed out on a few sights, so we'll definitely have to come back again!

This hotel is located in the heart of the bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The trendy, artistic decor is very unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the latest smart technology. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The common areas include a pool and a gym, which are really practical. My only minor complaint is that the lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy; higher floors offer a better experience. The front desk staff is very responsive, and overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for young travelers on a short stay.
