I liked the hotel, good reception service, friendly staff. The room was clean, there was one jar of bath salt for free, it pleased me. The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, you either need to take a taxi or walk 25-30 minutes to the streets with restaurants. But despite this, the view from the window is very beautiful. There was one moment that disappointed me a little, when cleaning the room, the maid put one torn set of a bathrobe and the next day did not replace it. I had to look for her and trying to find her and ask to change it to another one . Thanks to the staff that even at 5 a.m. they helped to call a taxi and helped with the suitcases . On my next trip, I would stay at this hotel again

It was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.

(Foreigner) One of the best stays I had! Awesome suite, spacious and luxurious. Upon our arrival we wanted to extend by one night and the room the ordered was not available, so they offered to upgrade us to a better room! Helpful concierge, nice stuff, great pools area. Fantastic stay, would definitely come back!!!!

Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.

Very convenient place for quick visits to Macao: 10 min nice walk to ferry, clean and spacious waterfront amusement park right behind hotel, 24 hrs convenience shop inside of hotel, walking distance to Macao museums and concert hall campus. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom offered big size shower cabin and nice bathtub. Complimentary water, tea bags and Nescafé instant coffee provided. Breakfast to my opinion was not that good: many choices of food, but quality and taste not that great. I had very great time visiting open air music festival in Fisherman Dwarf waterfront park during my stay. It was just awesome: you walk out the hotel door and two steps away you are in the middle of nice music performance - no tickets needed, people just stop by, listen and dance. I will definitely return to this place, but probably will go out for breakfast

Horrible! I booked this hotel again after first experience we had a month ago which was wonderful. But this time have booked same room type and if was awful(( Old room, dirty bathroom, sagging mattresses which made sleeping so uncomfortable… woke up tiered( deep disappointment (( never again!

Amazing experience at Hotel Lisboa. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and also helped provide vegetarian eating options around. The manager was kind enough to escort us to our room and explain about the history of the hotel and various sightseeing spots in Macao. There were also considerate to provide free fruit bowl and non alcoholic drinks in mini bar. The hotel is at a very accessible location and is the first five star hotel in Macau. The security also were very helpful to guide us with directions and suggestions around. Least but not the least, the hotel also provided us concierge to keep our bags after checkout to ensure smooth travel and escorted us to bus stop in heavy rains. Really value going the extra mile, definitely considering Lisboa hotel for our next stay.

Good location, the beds are comfy, clean . The windows are sealed, can't open. The room was smell really bad, smoking smell was so heavy. Even though they put non-smoking sign but can't help. So sad that the staffs didn't do enough to stop the smoking. 😪
