前台有中國人。叫麥吉。 服務非常好。很熱情。 給我們升級了房間， 又幫我們續訂了一天。 給了當地的牛奶，餅乾。 一共住了三個晚上。 房間很乾凈，也很安靜。 去大超市、餐館、鎮中心，走着就可以去。 非常方便。 然後幫着租車、如果在機場取車， 下班的時候可以送我們去機場取車。 後來發現鎮上就有租車的地方， 從酒店走幾分鐘就到了。 然後告訴當地玩的景點。 又介紹當地的美食。給了餐廳的折扣卡。 介紹餐廳好吃的菜。 謝謝麥吉！ 你的服務太好了。 我們在陶波玩的很愉快！

老闆特別熱情，還幫忙開車送我到車站。房間温馨乾淨，比照片上好看很多，設施也很全，還帶着廚房。如果非要説缺點的話就是隔音不太好，晚上公路上的汽車聲有點大。

We loved all the little extras in the room that made it feel more like 'home' than a motel. The access bathroom was a decent size. The lounge had a single bed, very low couch and small round table so it was a bit squashed as it was set up. We had an access room that had a separate bedroom. Really lovely motel and about 10 minutes walk to restaurants.

The bed was so comfortable! Room was spacious and clean. Nice quiet units that have an older style appearance on the outside but are lovely inside. If there was a negative, it would probably be the heat pump. It looked like it needed a good clean out and the noise level was higher than usual. Having said that, it worked well and kept the room warm. Host was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

The unit is very well presented with nice fittings and furniture, and it is spacious. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Very quiet location for a peaceful nights sleep in a really comfy bed. The staff are amazing - super friendly and welcoming and really helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend and will 100% stay here again when next in Taupo.

Motel suite comprised large lounge/kitchen/eating area, separate bedroom and kitchen. Very clean and comfortable with some lovely extra touches including beautiful orchid on dining table. Great location, Excellent host - friendly and helpful - we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble..

Such a great place to stay, great location not far from the lake and clean motel to stayed. We stayed here for 1 night it was convenient but the bed quite small and so bright light up the ceiling as a blue color it was quite interrupted during sleeping at night.

A very pleasant place to stay for a few nights. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. It is about one kilometre from the waterfront if you walk straight down, bit closer to town if you cut across. Tea/coffee/sugar all updated daily. Quiet and extremely clean, with seats outside the front and back of the unit.

High quality motel. Loved everything! The location was great for what we were doing for the weekend. Reception staff was lovely and catered for an early check in and late check out. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place to stay. Excellent facilities. Very clean and tidy. Friendly reception staff. Good quality furnishings. A little pricey but worth it for the quality of the room. Four of us stayed and there was a separate bedroom with a TV. Loved the fact there was actually a bath as well as a shower.

Spent 6 nights here and spent time in the Taupo and Rotorua areas. Motel is in a very good location for a short walk to the town centre. Facilities were excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to help with any queries. I would definitely stay here again.

After having to cancel our stay in Napier due to the cyclone, we had to quickly find somewhere else to go. Taupo looked good and Ashbrook Motel was available. What a find! Maggie was so warm and welcoming and even suggested we check out a different room from what I had booked. Room 14 is one of 3 rooms on the upper level and has a spa tub. Upgrade in my mind but Maggie said it was actually less money. Such a spacious room with queen sized bed and separate bedroom with 2 twins. Super comfortable sitting room chairs, 2 televisions, A/C, great kitchenette with everything you need to prepare small meals, tea and coffee. Large bathroom with shower, spa tub, manuka honey toiletries, thick towels. Immaculately clean throughout. Each room has a table and chairs for sitting outside. There’s plenty of on-site parking and beautiful landscaping. The location is in a quiet residential neighbourhood but it’s an easy 15 minute walk to the town centre and restaurants and shops. Thanks Maggie and team for a wonderful stay!
