Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to ******* they told ******* they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me anything. The worst part is that my trip to another destination was cancelled so I decided to move those other days to Tbilisi and made a second booking with the same property. They charged me both reservations full amount. They waiting for the second reservation to start before providing any response back to *******. ******* did not also care the place was unsanitary and should be closed permanently!! They were happy to take the money. Overall, it was a bait and switch. Do not book here!!!!

I booked this hotel from Almosafer, my worst experience!!!. once I arrived there, room was in a dark pit ally. the room had no AC no Fan, bathroom light does not work. the shower tub is broken/cracks in it. there is vent on roof top which is open, and rainwater is all over the floor. The floor, walls and roof are all full of stains. unlivable place. instantly I asked for replacement or refund, the bellboy called the owner and he refused to cooperate. so, I paid for nothing. this is a cheat hotel.

賓館位置不錯，交通方便，購物超市非常便利，但賓館太舊，衞生差。

Very very Bad Accommodation, i will never ever recommend to take this

Room is too cold, window is broken but the owner till sell this kind of **** room. There is the living room with kitchen.

This hotel is ****ing bad. I booked 4 days and i have already paid. I was a day late because of the flight delay and they threw me away. And didn’t refurn my money…. They didn't notify me, cancelled the order, I had arrived and they just left me. But my order has always been there, and let me write a review…. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🥹🥹 I just say: ****ing hotel. Give me my money…

пытался связаться по одному вопросу относительно брони 3-х номеров на 6 дней... на что по телефону мне нагрубили и бросили трубку крикнув связывайтесь по другому указанному номеру. которого кстати НЕТ!

物美價廉的美地

予約した宿に行くとオーナーにここじゃない、と言われ 近くの違うホステルに案内されました。(そのオーナーは違うホステルのオーナーの友達を名乗っていました) 予約の証明を見せても違うの一点張り。 埒が開かず結局違うホステルに泊まることになりましたが、もちろん予約した宿の写真とは全く違うところで、シャワーは壊れているしトイレは汚いし、用意してあったタオルもすごく汚かったです。 ホステルやドミトリーに泊まったこともありますが、あまりにも不清潔でした。 最悪です。 予約するのはやめた方がいいと思います。 ちなみに宿(予約した方も泊まった違う方も)まで階段を結構登らないといけないので、大きめのスーツケースで行く予定の方もやめたほうがいいと思います。
