Maila is the best. She helped us to settle early, and thanks to her, our stay was very comfortable. We were happy during our stay. The breakfast buffet is awesome; All the Filipino food satisfies all my cravings😍

Really loved the ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious! There were so many selections I was not able to choose just only one. 😆 My only concern was (as the hotel is quite old) the windows were a bit cloudy from the inside. Though location was really great and easily accessible to the malls around an the MRT Station.

Visited for a business trip. While it's a bit far from BGC, it's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall, and there's a convenience store right in front. I'm satisfied and would likely use this place again if I have another trip here.

This is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. 1. Location: It's located in Makati, which is a relatively safe and bustling area with a pleasant surrounding environment. SM Mall is right across the street, and within about a two-minute walk, you'll find a pizza place, a restaurant with flavors that appeal to Chinese palates, and a Lawson convenience store. 2. Hotel Service: The hotel service is also relatively excellent. They are generally cooperative in addressing any issues, and it's quite convenient to get a taxi from here. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is also quite rich and varied.

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

The hotel has an excellent location near shopping malls and is in a safe area. It's also conveniently located about 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are well-sized, offering spacious accommodations and a unique experience.

Good enough hotel to stay but there was a lot of hair on the carpet in the room. Some amenities were not provided and had to be requested. The doorman was busy chatting and didn't help me to open the door even though both hands were full. Great location and breakfast was excellent.

Customer service is great, the ambiance, room, location, the restaurant, and the spa were all excellent. We would definitely stay at the Dusit again! Very close to malls!!!

I am an avid Dusit Thani guest however there is always a problem with housekeeping but they do respond when prompted. But that should actually not be the case that we should always ask. Service at breakfast is delightful and excellent. We love that!

Central location in Makati! The staff are extremely focused on giving you the best possible stay and service possible. Food was excellent too!

I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Manila and, unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations—especially compared to my previous stays at Dusit Thani properties in Singapore and Bangkok. Arrival & First Impressions Upon arrival, the property already showed visible signs of aging. The exterior facade had peeling paint, and the reception experience lacked the warmth and attentiveness typically expected from a five-star hotel. Check-in & Lift Experience There was also a lapse in basic service etiquette. When the lift arrived with a hotel staff inside, she exited immediately without holding the door or allowing guests to enter or exit first. Small gestures like these reflect attentiveness and hospitality, and their absence was noticeable. Room & Stay Experience The lift lobby and the one-bedroom suite felt dated. Housekeeping standards need attention, as the quilt cover and bedsheets appeared worn and torn. Additionally, the television in the living room was not functioning, which further affected the stay experience. Gym Facilities The gym was disappointing. The air-conditioning was either not functioning or appeared to be switched off intermittently. If this is part of an energy-saving initiative, clearer communication and alternatives—such as portable fans—would be appreciated. Breakfast Experience Breakfast was another area that could be improved. The menu felt limited and in need of review. More importantly, the service lacked basic hospitality—there was no proper greeting, and the counter staff appeared disengaged. Pool Area At the pool, used towels were left unattended on lounge chairs, and there seemed to be no active upkeep of the space. This gave an impression of poor maintenance and lack of service presence. Overall While the brand carries a strong reputation, this particular property does not currently reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. With proper refurbishment, improved maintenance, and a stronger focus on service training, the experience could be significantly elevated. Until then, it may not meet the expectations of guests familiar with other Dusit Thani properties

We enjoy the food and room service was great. Muslim friendly meal and Micheal room service team always give a great service and smile.

room is clean , but its too small unlike what shown in the picture, staff were nice tho.. malapit sa mall accessible wise.
