The service with not good. I was on 10.10am for breakfast, they didn’t allow me to have it. I was late due to airport stuff, they not give any compensation. So sad

The hotel was great, with a nice room. The staff was very helpful. The strongest points of the hotel are definitely the location near the mall and especially their wonderful breakfast. They have a lot of choices I highly recommend it

The room preparation upon check-in was lacking, specifically the missing towels and unrefilled toiletries (body wash and shampoo). However, apart from this initial issue, the rest of the stay was positive.

Feel good, breakfast also taste good,this is a work trip,but in the night I always find some noise.

All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back again!

Nice hotel, close to malls and a nice restaurant with a nice bar and a nice bar that is a bit of a drive away from the city and the city is a bit more of a tourist

Enjoyed everything (chewing stuff is lovely) n it s perfect hotel for business. Just a bit of rudeness at the check in being asked in a extremely firm way the credit card deposit and the absolutely no chance to change (upon payment) to single beds to queen size. Minor things but noticeable.

The service and facilities were good, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. While the hotel shows its age a bit, it was still comfortable. However, the food I ordered through room service, particularly the kare-kare, didn’t quite meet my expectations—the sauce tasted a bit off.

The overall environment is excellent, and the security team’s service attitude is outstanding, which makes guests feel very safe and assured. The room is comfortable and satisfactory, while the F&B service is truly remarkable. The only area that requires improvement is the front desk, where some of the more junior staff could further enhance their professionalism and service attitude.
