It’s really nice hotel, location is perfect Nice spa and swimming pool however services is really bad, very very slow, we went to sky bar which is on 36th floor, sat down for menu and after waiting 30min nobody came to serve us even thou bar was pretty much empty, they should pay more attention to customers, service in pretty bad there Everything else was good

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff working there. Both reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Very nice location just few minutes down the hill to the old town. Really nice,not boring,choices for breakfast with some traditional kartvelian cuisine choices, wonderful restaurant view to the city. Just a bit anoying that some guests come to eat breakfast with sweaty pijamas just out of bed (but that is their lack of culture nothing to do with the hotel). Rooms are spaceous with all the amenities needed for the stay. Rooms with city views are stunning, so do not hesitate to pay extra few euros for that, it is really worth it to experience amazing sunrise or beautiful city lights at night. The hotel is calm and beds are very comfortable. The hotel and rooms are very clean. Definatelly would consider to stay there again. Highly recommended. Thank you for a nice experience!

Swimming pool, food was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was stunning 😍 will definitely come back again! The late check in is a little disappointing but no problems at all!

Ich war schon in vielen courtyard by Mariott Hotels weltweit. Leider entspricht das in Tbilisi nicht dem Mariott Standard. Hotel ist alt, Zimmer nicht auf dem neuesten Standard. Fenster im Zimmer kann man nicht öffnen. Im Frühstücksraum hat sich das Personal lauter unterhalten als die Gäste.

Overall was good. But!!!! After checkout I realized that I forgot money in the safe. Unfortunately when called the stuff they said there is nothing in the safe. So in case you forget anything there nothing will be returned to you.
