PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is sort of boutique but generally careless service and no smiles from the staff remembers starting from front desk ending with cafeteria personnel.
It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help.
These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free.
U speak English or Russian to them does not matter. They do not care about u or about ur business that u chose their hotel vs others.
Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Everywhere I felt like they didn’t expect u and why u even came.
The location is convenient to the subway.
The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep.
The previous hotel I stayed in Tbilisi close to Freedom square was much nicer.
So I will not recommend this one.

YYosephine FadjarI had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from Liberty Square.
The family room was incredibly spacious, featuring two comfortable double beds, which made our stay very relaxing. I loved everything about the hotel, from the staff’s courtesy and politeness to their genuine helpfulness, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of in a foreign country.
On our last day, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcoming Georgian treat from the customer service representative, Nino. She is truly sweet and kind, and her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.
I will definitely stay at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center again on my next visit.

YYana AnisimovaОтель, в целом, понравился. Завтраки разнообразные, вкусные, не одно и тоже изо дня в день. Кровати удобные, сантехника в идеале. Плюсов, естественно, больше, но есть и минусы:
1. Нет ни чая ни кофе в номере. Даже в бедненьких трешках всегда был и кофе растворимый и пара пакетиков чая. Здесь только вода
2. Постельное белье очень сильно и резко пахнет. Постепенно привыкаешь, но поначалу бъет в глаза.
3. Полотенца явно пахнут хлоркой. Хорошо, что дезинфекция и все такое, но приятного мало.

PPengguna TetamuStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

PPengguna Tetamu房間很大，有一張大桌子，兩把很有年代感的木椅子。隔音還行。有獨立衞浴，有熱水，温水，不燙。很便宜，100多，性價比很高。有一個小陽台。白天光線很好。空氣好，遠處是大山鄉村。比較安靜。風很大，把門都吹壞了，需要修繕。第比利斯的夏天，白天很熱，有35度，但夜間很冷，也就21度。應該加一床薄被。出門向西一站多路有一個商圈，有肯德基，麥當勞，後邊還有一個家樂福。旅館旁邊100米就有一個公交站，到地鐵站買一張公交卡，就可以周遊整個城市了。
