YYosephine FadjarI had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from Liberty Square.
The family room was incredibly spacious, featuring two comfortable double beds, which made our stay very relaxing. I loved everything about the hotel, from the staff’s courtesy and politeness to their genuine helpfulness, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of in a foreign country.
On our last day, we were pleasantly surprised with a welcoming Georgian treat from the customer service representative, Nino. She is truly sweet and kind, and her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.
I will definitely stay at Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center again on my next visit.

PPengguna TetamuGreat hotel with huge rooms. Located near the biggest church in Georgia! It’s a new building and thanks to hotel staff everything keeps in good maintenance. Also hotel has personal parking in case you want to keep your car safe.
Everything was clean and cozy. The breakfast were also served with pretty big time gap.
The water in the shower have good pressure and the didn’t have problem with water heating.
But there was couple things that need some improvements. Firstly there was no soap dish so bathroom was pretty dirty after every visit.
Secondly during breakfast there was often a problem with amount of served food. Always needed to wait for food to be replaced for 10-15 minutes.
Also I booked and prepaid twin bed room but they gave me queen sized bed room with only one duvet.

PPengguna TetamuStays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator.
Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

PPavel MatsokinHotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

PPengguna TetamuMarjan Plaza is a relatively new hotel which is located close to a metro station making it very easy to reach many points of interest. The hotel is spotless, has a beautiful pool and spa area, good breakfast, very nice staff. We felt at home at this hotel and will certainly return. The value for cost is fantastic and therefore I highly recommend this hotel.
The only thing I would consider changing is the opening time of the pool and gym. They open at 9am whereas most people who are in to sports would prefer working out/swimming before breakfast so it would be nice if the pool and gym would open at 8am.

PPengguna TetamuL'hôtel est situé le long de la route qui va du centre ville de Tbilisi à l'aéroport international de Tbilisi. L'accès en taxi / Bolt est très simple et m'a coûté 17Lari depuis l'aéroport. À 3h30 du matin, j'ai dû patienter environ 15min pour que quelqu'un de L'hôtel m'ouvre la porte et me permettent d'effectuer le checkin. L'hôtel est simple, vétuste avec eau chaude, shampoing, brosse à dents, dentifrice et savon à disposition. À l'arrivée, j'ai demandé à acheter une bouteille d'eau et on m'a dit que ce n'était pas possible et que je pouvais boire l'eau du robinet. Idéal pour une nuit mais pas plus.
