Hotel Mountain view di Tbilisi

The staff are still very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew standard has dropped. Room cleaning was missed a few days. But overall stay was pleasant.

Замечательный отель. Очень стильный. Новые чистые номера, хороший завтрак. Вежливый персонал. Отличное расположение, много что доступно из достопримечательностей пешком. Рядом метро и станция автобуса.

The location was in New Tbilisi part of town, super convenient to walk around. Lots of restaurants nearby and metros station is close. Deserter Bazaar is about 5-10min walk away. Hotel feels new and everything works. Room size was large for 2 persons and lots of space for luggage

Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

This hotel was my first stop upon arriving in Tbilisi, and it made me feel extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and we slept soundly. But what mattered most was the staff—every single one of them was incredibly friendly! The front desk lady who checked us in on the evening of November 16th, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was wonderful. We booked the room on App without specifying a king-size bed or twin beds, and she kindly helped us switch to twin beds and even escorted us to our room. Thank you so much! Also, a big thank you to Michael and another gentleman (I regret not asking his name) who helped carry our heavy luggage. Last but not least, thanks to David who assisted with our check-out. I mistakenly thought I had lost my phone at the hotel, and he went out of his way to help me look for it—he was also so kind! I appreciate every staff member who offered us help. If I have the chance to visit Tbilisi again in the future, or if any of my friends come here, I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey. However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie). Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

Чистый и стильный номер, отличный завтрак, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал, который сразу предложил найти выход из форс-мажорной ситуации, в которую мы попали. До Площади Свободы 10 минут пешком; но стоит иметь в виду, что отель расположен на горе, по дороге в отель в паре мест довольно крутой подъем.

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

Гостиница расположена в старом городе,сравнительно недалеко от центра.Выбирать её пришлось в пожарном порядке,потому что по прилёту в Тбилиси забронированная ранее гостиница отменила мою оплаченную бронь. Расположение нормальное,до пр-та Руставели пешком минут 10 ходьбы. Персонал на рецепшене нормальный,вполне дружелюбное отношение. Номер мой,увы,никаким 4-м звёздам не соответствовал.Стены были местами пошарпаны-на фото видно.Понятно,что это вопрос к постояльцам,но и отель должен проверять состояние после отъезда гостей. Система еондициониррвания,как бы есть,причём достаточно именитого бренда,но её работа никак не ощущалась.Дисплей откликается,цифры температуры выставляются,но никакой прохлады не последовало. Вода в бутылке,пакетики чая, кофе и сахара,что давно уже является стандартом,отсутствовали. Завтрак типа ”шведский стол”,ассортимент уровня столовой.Тостера и тостового хлеба нет.Но так еда вполне съедобная. Интернет в номере крайне слабый,нужно у самой двери находиться,чтоб поймать сигнал,благо у меня свой мобильный интернет был. Общее впечатление благоприятнре,но чтоб соответствовать заявленным четырём звёздам отелю нужно сильно поработать над улучшением многих вещей.

I traveled to Tbilisi solo and stayed at Point Hotel — and I can honestly say it was the perfect place for a solo traveler! ❤️ From the very first moment, I felt comfortable, welcome, and completely at ease. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, warm, and incredibly kind people. They are always ready to help, give great recommendations, and make sure you have everything you need. Thanks to them, you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’re staying with good friends. 🥰 I especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere. When you’re traveling alone, this kind of hospitality means so much. And the location is simply amazing! 🔥 It’s right in the heart of Tbilisi, with beautiful streets, attractions, cafés, and restaurants all within walking distance. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying its atmosphere. A huge thank you to the hosts for their incredible hospitality, care, and warmth! I would absolutely recommend Point Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi, especially solo travelers and with family. You truly feel safe, comfortable, and at home here. ❤️ 10/10!
