PPengguna TetamuProbably my first time posting such a long review as I'm truly impressed with the value that the accommodation provides:
Reception staffs are friendly and when checking in early around 8am to offload my luggage after an overnight train, I was informed the earliest possible timing is 12noon which I had no issues as I had a day tour which ended on late afternoon.
Pleasantly surprised the accommodation has an elevator which is a great saviour for guests with luggage.
The room is clean and spacious, it has the amenities which I require especially the hair dryer which is very efficient to dry off my wet hair post shower especially.
The lady in charge of the restaurant during breakfast hours is professional and proactive. She took note of my room number, replenished the dishes promptly and also cleared off the utensils left by guests and cleaned the table using sanitizers pretty quick so the restaurant remains clean and tidy. I'm impressed with her professionalism and the hotel management should duly reward her for doing her job well.
I would suggest having more fruit options as it's pretty limited and repetitive.
As compared to my previous hotel stay in Tbilisi, this hotel is simply a gem. Highly recommended and would like to stay when I return for the next trip.
If only the hotel is close to a metro station it would be superb in my opinion.

HHan.WBMy experience at the Sole Hotel was very pleasant. The room was large and spacious, clean, provided with a hot water kettle for making coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom was also large and made safe for disabled people (there was a seat for the shower). The hot water flowed quickly, perfect for a massage. Breakfast was quite comprehensive, and the restaurant was located on the top floor with beautiful views. The only inconvenience was the hotel's location, which is quite far from the main road and the hilly location, so it would be difficult to bring large suitcases. It is recommended to take a Bolt taxi to this hotel. Hotel location also excellent nearby many tourist places at old Tbilisi town. I will stay at this hotel again another day.

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

PPengguna Tetamu不讓退，大家看清楚了，提前3天退也不行，P人或者行程容易有變化的別定，攜程介入溝通多次酒店房一直拒絕，攜程單方面賠了我200，600多定的。
短期內也不建議來旅遊，都是遊行，説不定吃個催淚彈，安全第一，最近市長換屆。

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

PPengguna TetamuThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.
