Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Tbilisi

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!

Hotel is good price/performance hotel. But almost 0 amenities in bathroom. Still , it is good choice if you compare price with other good ones

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Room had nice street view and kinf sized bed was super comfortable, not to mention that the rooms were tidy and had everything i needed, breakfast option had vegetarian items which was a plus

Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Расположен удобно, интернет стабильный, завтраки с национальными блюдами. В номере шампуни, тапочки, халаты, минибар, чай-кофе. Если придираться, то я бы обратил внимание на разнообразие горячих блюд на завтрак и время его начала. Многие экскурсии начинаются в 9, а завтрак с 8.

Simply Great! Right from the booking stage, check-in, stay in the impeccable apartment, superb n amicable team to a warm send off, a splendid unforgettable experience indeed !! Wrote an email to hotel requesting to book for 8 nights, got reservation confirmation instantly by Mr. Kakhaber Devdariani, Manager Front Office and indeed was a delight meeting at check-in time, affable personality ! O rest of all the team members, very pleasant, welcoming and superb in giving suggestions for things to do in the country. To name a few - Khatia, Sofia, Aram, Sandro, Stephen, David & Lada, you are all doing a great job definitely !! Hats off !! O yes, reminds me an incident which was overwhelming and unforgettable, one evening on our return, Ms. Khatia noticed that my wife was not well and asked if any assistance required. My wife had bruises on arm as she had accidentally fallen whilst walking, instantly she was made to sit and first aid given with a collegue, this human concern touched our hearts 💕 The apartment felt like home, housekeeping was generous with supplies, had an eye for detail, what a feeling ! Excellent peace n quiet, right at the heart of Tbilisi, we were actually happy that its few steps away from the noisy main road !!
