Ia adalah pengalaman hidup yang sangat selesa. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan baru diubah suai. Perkhidmatan pelayan sangat baik. Namun, lokasi hotel jauh dari JB Sentral. Ia mengambil masa kira-kira setengah jam dengan teksi. Anda boleh meletak kereta di pintu.

How can a super gorgeous theme room be place in such a spot where not much people will notice it.It is a Golden Spot for people who really enjoy different styles of room. Bilik yang luas dan selesa di tingkat yang lebih tinggi, penginapan yang sangat disyorkan. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah lokasi yang tidak terlalu mudah ke mana-mana pusat membeli-belah. Walau bagaimanapun, ia hanya 15 minit memandu ke Midvalley Southkey

Sangat berpatutan, dibayar seperti S$25 untuk 2pax sahaja. Kebanyakannya bersih kecuali lantai, tidak boleh berkaki ayam. Sediakan berus gigi, ubat gigi, syampu, gel mandian, air panas, tuala, penyangkut dan selipar. Pintu terlalu dekat dengan mangkuk tandas, cuma berhati-hati. Alat kawalan jauh TV akan mempunyai arahan tetapi butang di belakang TV tersembunyi, jadi masih memerlukan krew panggilan untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Pengering rambut akan disediakan, tetapi atas permintaan di kaunter/perkhidmatan panggilan. Keseluruhan penginapan yang menyenangkan dan selesa, disyorkan kepada mereka yang ingin mempunyai akses lebih mudah ke pusat membeli-belah Aeon di bandar tebrau.

Pretty decent hotel. The location is amazing since it's in the Austin area. Infinite good food here. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast choices are decent, can surely be improved by having more choices. The decorations can too be improved, the hotel is blessed with too much space, thus this is something they can think hard on to fill in all the blanks. Else it looked empty and sad. Price wise and hotel room is good. Will still recommend this place mainly due to the amazing location.

Booked tatami room for 4, not like the pictures shown. Room was cold with a strong aircon. However, water heater is not exactly hot and water pressure is low. Basic amenities like bath towel and toothbrush is given, 3-in-1 shower gel provided. Tatami bed only have got one side with plugs while the other queen size does not have any. There was no fridge in the room, which was a big minus point because the weather can get very warm. Tv comes with channels which is a bonus. Location was ideal with alot of eateries opposite the hotel, on the other stretch of road, but can be challenging to cross it because of the high volume of cars. A good stay but would prefer a place with more dining options nearby.

Room was clean and sufficiently large for 2 pax. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Dining options are plenty as there are many food establishments surrounding the hotel. Overall a simple but comfortable environment to spend the night.

towels were not easily provided, said that laundry hasn’t come etc (this was at night). other than that, decent place to stay, but heater was not working at all. sheets and pillow were clean!

First time staying at this hotel, the hotel location super convenience at the heart of Mount Austin and customer service wise is very good but the room is not up to the standard because no facial tissue, no disposable room slipper, no sanitary bag and I found stains on their towel. My boyfriend say the bed is soft and nice to sleep but abit disappointed on the cleanliness and toiletries guess I won’t be booking this hotel next round. Upon checkout the receptionist only told me that we need to request for facial tissue and they will only provide.
