Pathetic cleanliness. Staff attitude high for no reason.. Location is good. But deficits in room are never attended to even after multiple calls... Reception and supervisory staff always carry high attitude.. I would not recommend one to stay here.. The promoter is complacent and does not seem to mean business of doing business

Very much amazed by overall level of comfort, hospitality and food. Truly the best Ibis of hundreds of them I ever stayed in . Staff are all immensely helpful and nice, especially Austin and Hitesh (they deserve extra bonus I believe). The music in the lobby may be somewhat too loud but it’s not a big problem

Excellent is one word that sums up our stay. Right from the location to the staff to the rooms to the food. Peaceful location within the city, yet seems miles away from it. The trek organised by the hotel is truly worth it and a must do. The meals are excellent…multi course meals with different cuisines. Staff is very helpful and forever smiling. Rooms are pretty well designed. Overall the property has small design touches which truly delight. Perfect weekend retreat. The live music on Saturday nights was a great experience…the singer was excellent. Highly recommend. Will return for sure.
