Very clean and spacious room with a fantastic view of the sea/beach. Can watch the sun rises over the horizon. Modern bathroom gadgets that include an auto flush WC cistern for each use. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful and kind reception staff. Value for money!

We have a wonderful time. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. The room have a WiFi. We are suprised that the staff upgraded the room for us without any charging. The breakfast got lot of variety of foods. ☺️

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Shangri-La Hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The view is truly a million-dollar view—absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

我們老兩口經常外出旅遊，這裡是我們感覺性價比很高的酒店，我們連續三年來這裏了。不是星級高檔酒店，但是設施齊全，乾淨舒適，服務熱情周到，酒店的特色項目“夜間簡餐”太好了。這裏走幾分鐘就到了鴿子窩公園。每年春秋遷徙鳥兒在這裏棲息月餘，吸引攝鳥愛好者前來，推薦來這兒住。唯一不足的地方就是周圍沒什麼餐廳吃飯。建議酒店能跟隔壁自助餐廳合作一下，除了供應早餐外，可否在中午也能提供些簡餐。

第一次住阿那亞，選擇了評分4.9的酒店，果然入住後超預期～ 🌊海景客房： 瀾汐是2025年建成的，裝修也是我喜歡的風格，客房分佈在2，3，5層。房間離海特別近，且正對着海面，酒店門前沒有過多裝飾，對於想專心看海的人非常友好，尤其是酒店位於十期，人會少很多，走到海邊完全是治癒系的白噪音。另外，酒店的玻璃擦的很乾凈，加分加分！ 🍽️餐食： 瀾汐酒店1層的海食堂餐廳提供三餐，餐廳很乾凈，果蔬汁簡直是每餐必點～排隊也很有秩序～ ✨服務： 入住酒店前1天同事打來了電話提前溝通，當日絲滑停車、入住酒店。 💙感謝瀾汐工作人員 惠子旭小姐姐 的親切友好的關照，給客房提供了電視、音響，提示了天氣變化等等，對於客人的需求回覆和確認十分迅速，住在瀾汐特別安心。 💙大堂落客區有瀾汐專屬的接駁車隨時可以來回主園區，真的很感謝接駁同事賈超先生，尤其第一次去阿那亞，去主園區路上他特意介紹了景點。回程也特別順利，隨便一個位置都可以等到咱們酒店的接駁車，沒想到如此方便～感謝每天來回無數趟的同事們提供了這些便利。 瀾汐真的太好啦！下次還來！

Fantastic rooms with a huge balcony with both tub. Very generous with the bottles of water and other amenities. Top notch service from beginning to end. I almost lost my passport in the Didi but the concierge checked and found it for me. The concierge named Bill was extremely friendly and helped us with the luggage. Despite the language barrier, he used translation on his phone to wish us a Happy New Year! The housekeeping staff were polite and offered us water as we were leaving. The restaurant staff served us with a warm smile. We will definitely choose this hotel again!

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

到秦皇島第一天住的酒店長者覺得房間太小停車也不是太方便，讓我們趕緊換酒店。突然想起來小紅書有推薦這個酒店，就趕緊訂房間。房間比之前的酒店大了不少，而且非常適合親子游，距離浴場很近，走路5分鐘。酒店羣很大，有好幾個主題酒店，停車超級方便！ 德林·水上樂園門票:住宿免費送的，我娃1歲4個月也去淺水池玩水了。 酒店裡有自助餐廳，德林日料用餐送鵝肝或者遼參，咱們也吃了。4個大人**團購750元，可以吃3小時。 唯一不足，浴室打掃的不太乾淨…還遺留上一個客人的護髮素袋…

環境：環境超級好 裝修的很大氣 離海邊超級近 也太方便了 一面挨着海邊一面挨着主街道 去哪裡都太方便了 服務：服務非常到位 接駁車預約也非常方便 不管在哪都可以來接你 送你回酒店 前台小姐姐服務非常好 會貼心介紹所有事項 微信管家也超級nice會告訴日出的時間和提醒事項 衞生：衞生很乾凈 很整潔 空間夠大 還是寵物友好!!!性價比非常高了 因為沒有訂到連續兩天的房間 第二天衹能換別的酒店 體驗感非常好 下次來還會首選的！！！
