Very clean and spacious room with a fantastic view of the sea/beach. Can watch the sun rises over the horizon. Modern bathroom gadgets that include an auto flush WC cistern for each use. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful and kind reception staff. Value for money!

Very nice hotel and get the room at very good price due to non peak season. Can see the sunrise from room though there is building blocking in front of hotel but still nice, no need to go out to view at cold weather. First day they gave us complimentary breakfast including my kids, but second day hv to top up for kid.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. The staff were nice. It’s close to shops and places to eat. I liked my stay.

Our third stay (the same room) here, still great but I noticed some downgrades. First they changed the toiletries, before they used l'occitane now they use an unknown for me brand. The second thing - there was no coffee machine in the room like it was before. I asked the manager and they brought it. The rest is just perfect.

Location is good. View is good. Staff is very slow in checking in and also has no smiles… but it’s peaceful and happy has no smoke smell from the central Aircon.

完全超出預期的一次入住體驗。整個酒店簡約高級的裝修風格，房間乾淨整潔，很好的度假選擇地。從走進房間的那一刻開始就註定了這趟旅行充滿了驚喜。定的海景房，超大的陽台，海景一覽無遺。房間有各種酒，對我們兩個愛微醺的女孩子來説無疑是驚喜。酒店有接駁車，去哪裡都別接車送很方便。這裏特別感謝我們的管家小姐姐惠子旭還有客房服務員翟曉春。感謝管家的全程安排有求必應，提前説了來陪姐妹過生日想要有生日佈置，預期也就是簡單的小布置，沒想到那麼好看，朋友特別感動！也感謝客房阿姨的細心照料。也讓我們感受到是真的會被在意入住感受的。真心感謝瀾汐感謝所有的工作人員！在大城市習慣了繁忙的工作節奏和生活，在這裏好像時間會變慢，會感受到被温柔對待。還會再來阿那亞，還會再來瀾汐❤️

Everything was great, room is clean, stuff is friendly. During winter time the location is not great coz all the shops around are closed even KFC and Starbucks but this not hotel’s fault. The breakfast is a bit Chinese but foreigners also can find a lot of options to eat. The only thing I didn’t like is that during the breakfast there was a jar of Nutella but in fact that wasn’t Nutella just some cheap chocolate spread - just use another jar so people won’t be confused.

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Xiao Zhao reception is so friendly helpfull. i will back there all time when i come beidaihe :). good hotel clean, near to beach. breakfast delicious... 2 time i came here. i wanna see summer beidaihe next time ^^

這次在阿拉亞的短暫停留，真的是一次非常愉快的體驗！酒店的位置簡直無可挑剔，正好位於園區的中心地帶。樓下就是超有名的打卡點bar lotus，對面是人氣超高的蘋果派蛋糕店宿咕，旁邊還有一家地道的雲南菜柴米多，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，出門就是熱鬧與美味。 房間最讓我驚喜的是採光，真的非常好！陽光灑進房間，整個空間都顯得格外明亮温馨，讓人心情大好。酒店的服務更是細緻入微，管家服務貼心到位，有任何需求都能得到及時響應。特別要誇誇酒店的接駁車服務，隨叫隨到，出行非常方便。前台還貼心地贈送了海鷗食，可以去海邊喂海鷗，這個小細節太加分了！另外，二樓有公共的海景觀賞台，行李寄存服務和提前告知日出日落時間的温馨提示，都讓人感覺非常周到。 總之，這次入住體驗滿分，下次來阿拉亞一定還會首選這裏！強烈推薦給各位小夥伴～
