Very clean and spacious room with a fantastic view of the sea/beach. Can watch the sun rises over the horizon. Modern bathroom gadgets that include an auto flush WC cistern for each use. Very comfortable bed. Very helpful and kind reception staff. Value for money!

The hotel is centrally located from all the scenic spots. The service by Song Jia-nan was excellent! In fact, they allowed me a late checkout as I had visited the Old Dragon’s Head scenic area in the morning! The staff were always willing to help with a pleasant smile!

這次來南戴河玩兒選的這家海景酒店，衞生狀況真的超出了預期！作為有輕微潔癖的人，我進屋的第一件事就是檢查床品和衞生間。結果發現床單被套潔白平整，沒有任何污漬和頭髮，摸起來乾爽蓬鬆，顯然是剛經過高温熨燙的“一客一換”。在海邊潮濕的環境下能做到如此乾爽潔凈，真的體現了管理的嚴謹，住的超級實。衞生間也絲毫沒有黴味，淋浴間玻璃擦的鋥亮，水垢清理得非常徹底。酒店還提供了趕海小桶和鏟子，細節滿分。

I’m pretty experienced with China and China travel. It would be difficult if you were not familiar with China and some of the language. Not a lot of restaurants and things close by but walking the beach at sunrise is great. That said. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We even forgot something and they called us on an international number to tell us Don’t expect too much and you’ll have a good time

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean Hotel with Great Service and Location I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, close to some local attractions, shopping, and food spots. The hotel is very clean and has a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout the property, which made the environment feel relaxing. The morning breakfast was great, especially for the price—only 28 per meal, and it was tasty and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was touched when they gave me a small present upon checkout—such a thoughtful gesture! The only downside for me was that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, and I had to carry both my luggage and a handbag from the first floor up to the third. It was a bit challenging, so something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy bags or mobility concerns. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good food, kind staff, and convenient location.

We stayed at Shangri-La Hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The view is truly a million-dollar view—absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!

我們老兩口經常外出旅遊，這裡是我們感覺性價比很高的酒店，我們連續三年來這裏了。不是星級高檔酒店，但是設施齊全，乾淨舒適，服務熱情周到，酒店的特色項目“夜間簡餐”太好了。這裏走幾分鐘就到了鴿子窩公園。每年春秋遷徙鳥兒在這裏棲息月餘，吸引攝鳥愛好者前來，推薦來這兒住。唯一不足的地方就是周圍沒什麼餐廳吃飯。建議酒店能跟隔壁自助餐廳合作一下，除了供應早餐外，可否在中午也能提供些簡餐。

這次帶家人來北戴河度假，特意選了北戴河新區美思居酒店，既是衝著它多年的好口碑，也是想體驗下老店的底藴和新房的煥新！老店的服務一直很暖心，前台辦理入住時熱情又細緻，老員工的親切感一下子就拉滿了，能感受到店家對老客人的用心。更驚喜的是這次升級的新房，完全顛覆了我對傳統酒店的印象！房間裝修簡約又高級，採光特別好，推窗就能看到園區的綠意，洗漱用品都是新換的高品質款，床墊軟乎乎的特別舒服。老店的温情遇上新房的精緻，這種碰撞太戳人了，住得既安心又愜意，下次還來！

這次的入住體驗直接超出預期！複式木屋房真的太驚喜了，挑高的木質天花板配上大吊燈，氛圍感直接拉滿。房間空間超大，樓下一張大床，樓上還有閣樓空間，一家人住也完全不擠，樓梯也很穩，不用擔心安全問題。全屋都是温暖的木質感，一進門就有種被治癒的感覺，採光也超好，窗外就是樹林，早上醒來滿眼綠意，太舒服了。衞生做得也很到位，床品乾淨，地板一塵不染，住得特別安心。前台服務也很貼心，有問題隨叫隨到，下次來還選這家！

Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay.
