The location is very good. also the staffs are very kind and helpful, but i don'trecommend because i didn't like the bed, the matress is too soft and i couldn't sleep well.

Staff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.

2 days trip to Thessaloniki and we chose Andromeda for our accommodation. Excellent spot, near to everything, the staff was more than welcoming and helpful and the most important -the cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10. Thanks guys we will get back soon.

We booked five nights at The Andromeda based on facilities listed here and on their website, which we should have checked prior to booking. The ‘spa’ is no longer in use and it seems it hadn’t been much before it closed. There was no bar, restaurant, or separate seating area. Our small room would have been more bearable had these facilities existed as per the listings. However, the hotel is in an excellent position in the centre, the receptionist was friendly, and they had a lovely, cute ginger cat. The room and hotel itself are somewhat dated and would benefit from a refurb. If you want something reasonably priced without facilities in a central location, then book - if you’re looking for more, don’t.

We had an amazing stay in Andromeda hotel, i really don't understand the negative comment, really nothing to complain about. The room was a very nice, the staff very friendly and polite. The hotel has a great location, near everything, the street is very nice, with restaurants and bars.

The hotel has prime location - few minutes walk to all main attractions, a lot of good restaurants within 3-6 minutes walk. The room was big with a little "strange" design (black walls, a lot of mirrors, black & gold wallpaper). The bathroom has a bathtub instead of a shower - the bathtub was high and very slippery - might be dangerous especially for older quests - better to install a shower instead. Also, there is no breakfast at the hotel, although the hotel sites lists an option of a continental breakfast. The reception team was polite, some of them has poor english.

The hotel is literally in the city centre. The decoration of the room was great! Also, the room was very clean and the staff very polite! I wish I had the time to stay longer. I would definitely go back.

The decoration is amazingly kitsch. But what is worse is the service. We arrived with our car and there were three free places in front of the entrance reserved for the hotel. It was 10.30 pm and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car to unload the baggage, go to the room and then go park it. She said that this was impossible. We had booked for one night and we were asked to settle the account upon arrival --something i have not encountered before. We said they could keep a copy of the credit card as a guarantee but they were insistent that we pay upfront. It was an exceptionally hot day and there was no air condition in the room. The receptionist said that the air-condition is central and when it is hot it cannot perform!! The following day when we were leaving I brought the car from the garage to park it in front of the hotel in order to load the baggage. All three places were taken and, another receptionist that morning, said that he could not move the cars because they belonged to hotel clients and to his boss!! I felt so disappointed for the Greek tourist product. Such untrained and indifferent staff, and such poor quality.
