Terrible Hospitality at Majestic Varkala Treebo – Extremely Disappointing for Our Guests We recently booked Majestic Varkala Treebo for our company guests, and the experience was a complete disaster. As a business, we expect our guests to be treated with respect and professionalism, but this property failed miserably. 1. Rude and Disrespectful Behavior The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional. They created unnecessary issues and even insulted our guests and me. The receptionist went so far as to shout at me, which is completely unacceptable. They even told us not to return—a shocking attitude toward paying customers. 2. Unreasonable Delays During Dinner After a long day of sightseeing, our guests returned to the property, only to face a delay of over 1 hour and 15 minutes for dinner. This lack of efficiency caused frustration and discomfort for our guests. 3. Refusal to Provide Basic Amenities To make matters worse, when our guests requested tea after dinner, the staff outright refused to serve it. Such refusal of basic hospitality is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards. 4. Unprofessional Dining Environment The staff’s behavior during meal times was unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of making our guests feel welcome, they were dismissive and unwilling to communicate properly. 5. Embarrassment for Our Company As a company, we pride ourselves on offering comfortable and enjoyable experiences to our clients. The poor treatment our guests received at Majestic Varkala Treebo was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Final Thoughts I strongly urge anyone considering this property to avoid it entirely. The lack of respect, poor service, and unprofessional behavior make this hotel an unworthy choice. For those traveling with company guests, staying here could damage your reputation.
