Rockholm at the Light House Beach

I highly recommend this boutique aurverda hotel. The best place I’ve been so far out of many visited clinics. Located on the beach it has very clean, spacious rooms with big windows and seaview. The food is delicious , everyday the chef was preparing something new and even made the bread for me which I like. Auyrverda treatment is at a very strong level with 2 hours treatment every day. The stuff is so professional, very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Ancy from reception, Doctors, joga teachers, Girija and Manjush, room service -Vineetha, Anoop, Saran, and the restaurant team, especially Lenin and Sumesh🙏 I would definitely like to come to this clinic again🙂

We had an amazing time at Rockholm! The resort is located directly at the beach and you feel at home from the very first moment. The rooms are very well equipped with beautiful interior and everything is exceptionally clean. We stayed for one week and had the rejuventation package, including daily treatments for 2 hours. The doctors are very competent and they put together a perfect treatment plan, based on your individual needs and symptoms. My therapists Ms Thanki and Ms Anju were so caring, kind and highly professional, which made me always look forward to the next massage and treatment. They also offer complementary yoga and meditation sessions, which was the perfect way to start and end the day, especially because the yoga teachers were so sweet. I especially loved the food, it was soooo tasteful and nourishing. The staff in the restaurant was extremely attentive and so kind, especially Rahul always gave us great recommendation supporting our personal tastes. It was such a wonderful experience and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you Viji and the entire team for hosting us!!!

The rooms are very comfortable and the service is great. Very clean and cozy and they put lovely towels with essential oils on the bed every day - great personal touch. The food is delicious and there is a lot of variety, fresh juices and fruits are my favorite part. It’s a very peaceful place and the massage treatments are incredibly relaxing!
