Over priced. No basic amenities. Tv not working(set top box removed. Old ac. In fact overpriced

Very bad experience, room were congested. Even not clean. Hygiene was not there. There was no amenities as showed. I booked deluxe room and i got a normal one. When i asked them about it the hotel reception told me that it is a normal room. There is no restaurant and even as mentioned verandah is not there.

It's a small room but the rate is so high. Bath room was terrible. Not worth for the rate. Only the merrit was it is very near to the railway station.

The room was not clean, even the bed sheet for putting on was a used one. Bathroom was so small that really felt suffocation.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, but the facility provided was poor, hygiene wise should be improved, even no soap or telephone facility in rooms, not worth spending the amount for this kind of rooms. Overall not satisfied. Staffs are good, well behaved.
