酒店新裝修的環境好離地鐵站非常近出行方便，早餐豐富，前台工作人員及酒店服務非常好，有一天客房打掃衞生的服務員進房間打掃衞生，聽到長者咳嗽叮囑多喝水，有什麼需要就與她們聯繫，還多放了幾瓶水，暖暖的一句話長者聽了心裏真舒服，酒店各項設施非常好，有健身房，機器人送餐，洗衣房，洗衣房內有烘乾機，洗好的衣服20分鐘就能烘乾，洗衣房內有掛燙機、針線包、消毒液等等，滿足了出門的需求，出來旅遊北方天氣太熱不習慣家人感冒發熱，打電話詢問前台竟然有體温計，這是讓我沒想到，備得挺全，以後去天津還選擇這家酒店。
