Travelodge by Wyndham Mobile Al

The staff are very sweet & understanding, I had an issue with my room reservations & they gave me time & helped me to figure out the problem & get it solved ASAP, its also very family friendly, I had my 2 youngest children with me & it wasn't an issue that they can sometimes get loud and rough in the room!! I will definitely stay at this location again anytime!!!

It took 3 different card keys before finding a room that would open. Innkeeper said they did not know the codes to change the batteries on the other 2 rooms I was given. The room had little roaches in the bathroom. Stains on the bedding. Racks for towels & toilet tissue were falling out of the walls. There was lots of hair and bugs and leaves in the cloudy pool water. Glass and litter paper wrappers on stairs and sidewalks. A/C worked great! And there was furniture in the room. All the lights worked. Free WiFi.

No way this hotel is up to Wyndham standards . Unless they have changed drastically. Checked Five rooms and all were disgusting ! The front desk clerk was extremely rude. We were denied a refund and the clerk told us to go somewhere else!! Bloody carpets, cat urine , no ac in 2 rooms, broken pictures, graffiti headboards, molded carpet and walls, wet carpets, footprints on bed.

STAY AWAY! Only decent thing here was the staff. Everything else was horrible! Just so you have an idea of what you dealing with they took the lights off the bathroom mirrors and let it that way.. I have no words to the shower... Just stay away!

This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed in. Toilet was broke. Shades were broke. Tile in bathroom was coming up. Saw roaches. Only 3 lights in whole place. Garbage just laying out in the parking lot. Do not ever stay here or recommend it to anyone you like.

Bed was comfortable. Room had stained pillows. Smoke detector was missing and the wires were hanging out of the ceiling. The carpet was dirty. Toilet take lid was not for the toilet so it didn't fit. Door latch was broken and missing so we had to put a chair in front of the door for security. Room was quite and the TV was cheap and blurry.

The air didn't work and after hour and half they changed our room. This is after going down twice. The remote was missing and no towels. We were on 3rd floor and elevator was not working.

This was by far the worst long stay I have ever had I did not get any cleaning service the whole time when I got tissue towels and bedding I had to get it on my own I will never stay here again 0/10 don’t recommend

Bikes and shopping carts in breezeway. Homeless people sleeping across the way on the grass. Lots of movement in the area at night...
