I loved my stay at Minas. A very comfortable, clean place that matches western standards for a stay with your family. Friendly staff that genuinely take care of guests. They also arrange for taxis and have trusted drivers so you can hire a taxi from them to do sight seeing. We stayed there for a week and I have made up my mind to stay Minas whenever I go to Trichy. It is 5 mins from the Airport making it even more convenient.

I had the most terrible experience ever. They actually charged for the dirt that was already in there. The staff were rude and impolite in their responses. Low-quality ingredients made the food taste worst ever, wastefully, and absolutely awful. There is no guidance to customers about how things are done here and this makes them lose their way in frustration. It had such a bad feel to it, with slow service too. From start to finish it was a very horrible experience. I would never revisit this place and i can’t advise anyone else to do so either- simply the worst place.

The hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel, but it has many restrictions and lacks amenities such as the ability to make tea or coffee in the room. Additionally, they do not provide toothbrushes or hairbrushes. I paid around 3500 for the stay. It was a disappointing experience for me. It was very expensive, but there were no facilities provided. I didn't want to stay there anymore.
