Every thing good, during dinner and breakfast time observed plates or not even clean they are not maintain proper hygiene apart from this everything looks pretty cool and decent stay

Stay was good. Value for money. The food was decent. However towels can be much cleaner & fresh. Towels need to be much cleaner.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at the hotel was courteous and professional. The restaurant also served great food. Overall a very comfortable stay. Will stay at arpanaa during my future visits as well.

Location was ideal. Looks like a very old property. Maybe it’s time to renovate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Break fast was good

Prime location closer to temple. Staff are cordial and supportive. Overall a comfortable stay. Safer for family and kids. Food is ok.

Stayed here for a night to visit the temple on a trip from Bangalore. Reserved via *********** and no advance payment on booking was requested, we paid after we reached the hotel. We were given executive twin and junior suite rooms. Parking is available for several 4 wheelers, Humble staff and excellent service at reception, restaurant and even security and bell staff. Good food - out breakfast was complimentary and came in with booking and had a decent variety of good tamilnadu fare. We also had lunch and dinner here and tried a lot of it from Hara bhara kebab, pizzas, aloo Paratha, paneer gravy and some soups - all were excellent, we did have some complaints on a burnt pizza which they replaced with no questions asked which was well appreciated. One of the rooms had a mountain view which was great. Good spacious rooms as well, only negative to call out was that one of the rooms was not cleaned properly, there was hair and dirt on a pillow and bathrooms otherwise good stay option and about a km from the temple as well! On checkout, they also gave us a photo of arunachaleswar and temple vibhuti which was a nice gesture

I have stayed earlier too in arpanna hotel. It is expensive hotel. I will rate this hotel score 4 - 4. 5 in present scenario as compared to the past 5 score.
