I canceled my reservation a month before the reservation date. But I was still charged on my credit card. Denied a refund and was told I had two bookings and only cancelled one of them. Why would I have two booking? Now I’m out and no vacation even happened

We had a great stay at the Tin Wis Resort - you simply cannot beat the location of this hotel. From the exceptionally friendly welcome, to the bright, clean and spacious room, everything was just top notch. The grounds are lovely, with lots of outdoor seating and places to bbq. The free breakfast (which changes daily) was a great added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great location. Beach view was so beautiful to see from patio. Could sit and watch the tide come in and out. Also able to walk the beach. Great location to town

Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Beds were really comfortable. The beach was picturesque and beautiful and easily accessible.

Location is great. Beachfront - like you literally wake up and walk down to the beach. Fire pits and perfect spots to star gaze. Also the hotel is located pretty much halfway between Long Beach and Tofino town so you’re pretty central and have access to all areas. Would stay here again and recommend to folks looking for a spot with easy access to a beach.

Loved the location right on the beach. Nice to have a decent restaurant on site and free breakfast buffet included with the room. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

Not your average Best Western, and is one of the better places to stay in Tofino. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, which is always our first pick. Great beds, deep soaker bath tubs, a fireplace in living room, and a decent sized balcony with Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach, and very nice decor. One recommendation is they update the kitchen cooking tools. Essentials like a prep/mixing bowl, paper towels, tongs, and a baking pan of some type would have gone a long way to making the kitchen much more functional for long term stays.

Weather was amazing so that always helps. View from our room was fantastic. Hotel seems to have a lot of little extras like cookies and coffee in the lobby and water bottle filler. Breakfast was good but in 3 days no bacon and fresh cut fruit would be nice but overall fit most tastes.

Loved the beautiful beach. We had amazing sunsets. The breakfasts were delicious and had different options each day.

Downgraded our room and gave no compensation “because it was booked through *******”. Super dissatisfied. Will not be coming back. I asked them if they could maybe put balloons in the room for my boyfriends birthday and she said she’ll see what she can do and there was nothing in the room..

We loved the food at roar that was recommend to us. Why the heck would the dishes not be washed. Why not healthy food choices? On well! Somethings never change.
