Ulasan GINZA HOTEL by GRANBELL

The hotel was located midway between Shimbashi and Yurakucho station. Lobby was located on the 5th floor. Room looked new but was slightly dirty.

the room is quite spacious compared to other similar hotel, we have a great staycation

Staff are mostly friendly and helpful, location is great and is equipped with necessities. Many restaurants within walking distant, Sushi Zanmai Yurakucho (4 mins walk from the hotel) is good value for money. The room is dusty, a bit noisy from passing trains and would be great if the quality of coffee could be better. Thanks!

All excellent, good location. Room & facilities very new. It would be great to have more vending machine in the hotel.

Location is perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby and in the heart of Ginza.

The room wasn't very clean. Rubbish from previous clients who stayed in the room was found on the floor and which wasn't cleaned up during our 4 days stay.

We booked the corner roomlyand stayed for two nights. The room is fairly spacious, we needed to pack and unpack our luggages in the long corner corridor and there is no chair. On the other hand, the staff are helpful.

Good location. A lot of restaurant around. The hotel breakfast are good, and you have one time free SPA.
