First post-Covid trip to Tokyo. Andaz Toranomon is same as before which gave us like a warm welcome back to home. Staff is professional, attentive and nice. Location is even better with improved metro network and new stations.

The hotel gave us a tower view room on the top floor. The night view is beautiful, and the sunlight at 6 am is even more beautiful.
The spa is pretty good, but reservations are required. Japan punishes everyone who doesn't make reservations. The whole process was kneeling service, I was embarrassed to kneel...
The swimming pool is relatively small, but there are not many people.

From the moment I entered the hotel, the service was flawless. The front desk staff had Chinese service and was fluent in English. Every service staff was warm, decent and generous. The design of the hotel lobby, elevator and room made people feel comfortable. There were fruits, snacks and drinks in the lobby, and it was relaxing to sit and wait for check-in. The tower view room was eye-catching, and on a clear day, you could see some of the waistline of Mount Fuji in the distance. The curtains can completely block out light and do not affect sleep. What I was more impressed with was that the cleaning and maintenance level of the exterior window glass was super high, without any stains. The cleaning inside the room was also in place.
