Amazing hotel, in a great location close to Shinjuku station. The room were spacious for Tokyo standards and very clean! Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful to everything we asked for. I would totally recommend!

It’s quite far from any station and it can get really tiring walking back after being so tired but guess for the price point it is okay. Either you pay more for nearer or you pay slightly lesser for this. But the room is huge cause we have 4 luggages that we needed to pack. Doesn’t provide bottled water. There is a smelly carpet smell on the corridor!

This hotel is not new but quite well maintained. Just 7-9 minutes walk to Shinjuku gyoen station and around 15 minutes to Shinjuku main St. Surrounded by night life area and some fastfood like Yoshinoya and Sukiya. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially mr Lorenso. The best things is they have a 25m2 room which you can’t find in Shinjuka area with the reasonable price loke this hotel.

A little far from restaurants and main metro. Maybe wouldn’t stay here again. The actually hotel is okay

Stayed here for 9 nights, it’s home away from home! Kitchenette was a life saver because we bought supper and the utensils and bowls came in really handy!! Ample space to open luggage, clean bath tubs for bubble bath after a long day and many washing machine to do laundry! Happy with my decision!

AMAZING experience! Totally recommend this hotel. Location, space, cleanliness, service and amenities are incredible. Plus, the area/neighborhood where is located is super close to train station and lots of food options. If you are from lgbtq community, super plus is that you can walk to bars. Don't hesitate, book it now.

Good location, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from Shinjuku gionnmae station. You can also walk (10 to 15 mins) to all the Shinjuku must go to places: golden gai, Omoide Yokocho, Ikebukuro. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff was nice. It's definitely not a 5 star big hotel but it works well for short trips and it's still decently priced (for Tokyo hotel standards).
