Ulasan Super Hotel Premier Tokyo-eki Yaesu Chuo-guchi

Can’t beat it when it comes to price+ convenience + public bath + happy hour till 9pm+ free skincare and even supplements amenities. The only downside is the room is really tiny, can barely open 2 suitcase.  Lucky to see cherry blossom on the street way back.

Hotel location is strategic. Very near to Tokyo Yaesu bus terminal and train station. Many shopping mall nearby too like Daimaru, Mid Town Tokyo & etc.

Superb location . Very close to Toko train station too. Just opposite only . Free drinks , icecream , alcohol daily at a certain timing

Close to Tokyo station. Less than 10 mins walk. Has happy hour at lobby cafe from 4pm to 9pm with refreshments like soft serve ice cream, drinks and nuts. Look forward to chilling out after a long day. We took the connecting room and it was really small. The good thing is each room has its own bathroom. Hot spring is a bonus. Great to experience this in the hotel. The amenities like facial mask, body lotion, pillow gallery etc at the lobby was very useful. Helps to make ou stay more enjoyable.

Good location, nearby commercial and biz buildings, Tokyo station (which is accessible to multiple JR and metro lines) and Kobayashi Station (Ginza Line). There are a number of good food outlets nearby, worth to walk around. Hotel Amenities are good except the room pillow (very grainy and hard). One pax only can select 1 pillow from their pillow selection near the reception, but not the regular “western” fluffy hotel pillow. Free drink and cocktail at lobby in the evening. Public bath available too! Coin Laundry available at 300yen and dryer is for free. They do segregate ladies and men level for public amenities. Thumbs up! But a guy came down to the ladies level to use the dryer (all the ladies were staring down at him, but he seems oblivious or pretend not to care). It was raining during the period of my stay. The reception was able to loan out umbrella! Great service! Room was small but sufficient for 1 pax. It’s Japan, I adapt. All in all, great place to stay in. Will definitely be back in the future!

Near CBD very comfortable spending time there

Selection of pillows which fit one's need. Hot bath at 2nd floor is just relaxing, much needed after a tiring day.

A brief, comfortable one-night stay, again, after I returned to Tokyo from my Tohoku trip, before I prepared to move onto the Mount Fuji area for my climbing challenge. It was a necessary stay that helped me regain energy before I met up with my co-workers for the Fuji Trip - which eventually took me loads of efforts. Super Hotel is always my favourite!

Very convenient area if you get to the right exit in Tokyo station less than 10 mins walks. Clean and spacious.

On the Yaesu side of Tokyo station which is the opposite of Marounuchi where the subway line is located. Take the underground passage to get to Tokyo station and be tempted will the shops and restaurants. Breakfast is surprisingly very good and varied. Typical Tokyo size room, encouraging one to explore the city.

The hotel has nice facilities and offers hot spring baths, but please be mindful of your personal belongings. Due to my own oversight, I left my bracelet, ring, and earrings on the table when checking out. However, the hotel is unable to manage their staff properly—despite the items being in a visible spot, they were reported as lost and never recovered. This is the first time I have lost valuable items and was unable to get them back. Please take extra care of your belongings

Hotel is very near to Tokyo Station but room is small which is typical of a Japanese hotel room. Unable to open 2 luggages at the same time. 3rd and 4th levels are women's levels where men are forbidden. Laundry rooms, complimentary coffee machines, vending machines, and water dispensers are available at different levels. This hotel allows selection of extra pillow and also provides toiletries, green tea and even moisturising masks and supplements, all at 1st level. The wow factor is a complimentary self help bar at restaurant from 4 to 9pm where different wines, liquors, sake and soft drinks are available together with nuts. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful and most are well versed in English. All in all, it's a great hotel.
