Ulasan Hotel Monday Premium Ueno Okachimachi

Location of hotel is super convenient having access to multiple major metro lines within walking distance. Cleanliness is below average as when we check in on 1st day, we need to request for room to be cleaned again. Putting aside the room condition, there is many varietiies of food options available throughout the day from morning till late nite.. theres a cute standing noodle place juz 2nins away that serves affordable soba/udon tempura.

Not the best but not the worst! Our room was very crampy as we booked a three bedded room. The staff was very nice to assist us in checking in (almost midnight), and spoke to us in chinese after seeing where we came from. Unfortunately, due to their eco friendly movement, if you request to make your room fully, they will not provide you with free mineral water bottles and you would have to pay for it. We requested for 2 usb cables for free as we did not have the same ones provided in the room. I think there are better options out there for the price we paid but it cant be helped during the peak cherry blossom season.

This is a award winning hotel. 7-eleven Convenient stores are just nearby 2mins. Toilet and Bathroom is split, so 2 person can use at the same time. Very spacious for Tokyo standard. Hotel staff very helpful and polite. Will return again for next stay. 4mins walk to typical Japanese restaurant with economical price. Where you can try all the Japanese cuisine at one shop. Very comfortable place to stay.

Stayed for a week. Employees spoke English and Mandarin. Easy check in and out. Room was on the 11th floor. Despite a freeway and subway line below, the noise was kept out by the great insulated windows. Room was clean. We got the two twin beds with the couch. When we arrived, I was pleased that they converted the couch to a made bed, so three people could sleep comfortably. Bathroom was nice. The shower was good sized and water pressure strong. They have laundry on the second floor (we did not use it). We took the Skyliner to the Ueno station and walked to the hotel (about 10-15 minute walk). We had the JAL delivery service deliver our three large suitcases the next day. Staff held it for use while we explored the city. Cost was about $14 US per suitcase. Overall good location. The H line was steps from the hotel. My wife loved the morning buffet. We would stay again.

Very nice and comfy hotel. Good room size and very clean. They provide free sake bar and noodle at night with the tokyo skytree view. The location is also good.

The hotel is new but the lift was down since 10 April till now. There are more than 100 rooms but only one lift. There are always a long queue for waiting lift for up and down.

The hotel room is clean and looks new, located in a quiet area, not hidden though, can search easily with Google Maps

Location: This hotel is around 13 minutes walk to Ueno station, note that the nearest exit next to this hotel has NO escalator or elevator. Room: My room has a good view that can see the skytree but the bed is not so clean because I saw blood stain on the bed sheet. Also, there are two little bags next to the toilet and they are very dirty, full of **** and urine stains, I think the janitor doesn't even notice this part. Still, I have to say that the toilet is clean. Moreover, the room is just too small that one may have a hard time opening his 29' luggage. Service: Okay, few contact.

Good location and close with subway and shopping spot. Staffs are very good.

Close to subway and walking distance to Ueno market .. And the staff allows us to leave the luggages few days before check-in .. very friendly!

This is the perfect place to stay in Ueno, very near to Okachimachi JR station (400m) and Naka Okachimachi Metro station entrance is right in front of the hotel, walking around 100m underground. I love the place is really near halal food Toribushi Halal Ramen and Yakiniku Panga. The staff are very informative, they help me a lot by giving me infos on the train and nearby halal food, they have muslim staff working there. The hotel room size is normal size in Japan, but i think slightly bigger. We travel with 2 adults and 2 kids for 8 days and the 3 bed given fits us all nicely, the room comes with bath tub. And this hotel is very very very clean. O ya, they also have nice rooftop view. Very2 recommended
