Pleasant experience. The hotel was well-maintained and quiet. Check-in was smooth and the amenities were adequate. Good value for a short business trip.

This is a unique hotel, perfect if you're traveling light. The location is super convenient, right next to the train station, and there's a large supermarket nearby in the Minato district. It's also very close to Tokyo Tower.

I've stayed here several times now and am always very satisfied. The surroundings in Minato Ward are lovely, and the subway station isn't far. Breakfast is a perfect 100!

Great hotel! The bathroom is incredibly spacious, allowing two people to use it simultaneously without feeling cramped. The self-service laundry facilities are excellent. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven conveniently located nearby. A communal microwave is also available. Free luggage storage is offered, and the entire self-service system is incredibly convenient.

The Shizutetsu Hotel in Minato Ward is wonderfully quiet. The self-service check-in system is fully in Chinese, making it very convenient for guests who aren't fluent in the local language. While the rooms aren't huge, they offer excellent value for money, especially considering the hotel's location in Minato Ward.

The room was surprisingly spacious, allowing us to comfortably open two suitcases – a definite plus for central Tokyo, which we really appreciated. The bed wasn't overly soft, and having power outlets conveniently located by the headboard was very useful. The bathroom featured an excellent wet/dry separation. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt very safe, and it was a reasonable walk to the train station. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Reasonably close to Tamachi station. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and restaurants as well. Room was fairly spacious for Japan standard. A lot of extra amenities available for free at the lobby including skincare, assortment of teas, coffee, ice, etc. Nightwear available on each floor. Microwave and vending machine available on lvl 5. Separate shower and bath tub. Bedroom slippers, Clock and wireless charger available in room.

This hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with convenience stores located right around the corner. The room's bathroom features a wet/dry separation. The service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great place about 5-10 minutes from Mita station. Easy access to both downtown Tokyo and Haneda airport. Staff were very helpful!

staff are totally untrained and they do not know how to deal with customers in a polite manner. we were using this hotel on our business trip with our breakfast included, breakfast was said to be until 10am when one of our colleagues arrived at 9.45, they did not let him take anything from the buffet, and by 9.50 the staff came to us and ask us to go. I happened to be the one who speak japanese and I knew it was not a polite way of asking us to go. within 5 mins, this staff came to me and our table for 5-6 times and ask us to go in a very rude way. it was 9.55. We did not do anything wrong and we were all polite all along. I am so disappointed by this kind of services and I do not want to come back again. This is just one of the examples and there were another of them were very rude to us. i know this is not a star hotel but all i want was to have polite staff and this is really bad
