Nice hotel, good location! We stay for 4 nights, There are no room cleaning service during the stay. You can change the towels and night gown at the lobby. There are a lot of amenities. The room was a bit old but the shower and air-condition is working well. The central wifi signal is poor in our room but they give us an small wifi router instead. Their service is good. They can speak english well. The nearby station is inarichou metro station (Ginza line) and ueno station

The room is quite small but it’s ok for two people. The location is not far from Ueno and 15 mins walk to express train to airport.

Highly Recommend hotel. Very nice place to stay. Prime location which is nearby Iriyaguchi subway, Family Mart and not far away from the heart of Ueno. Fantastic layout, cleanliness, .Lastly, Super service mind from all staff. Very very impressed.

The location is good for travelers who want to take skyliners. The station is within 15 minutes on foot, and other famous attractions are not far. The hotel seems to be renovated residential apartments, and for those reasons, the lobby is quite small. Relatively it is affordable and good for light travellers.

Hotel a little bit dirty and look Old..but near from ueno station..no housekeeping cleaning while u stay at hotel

Despite the hotel is a bit old, the experience is fair in general. Staffs are helpful. Hotel is near to Metro station and within walkable distance to Skyliner station.

just like staying at Airbnb as there is no room cleaning (even you stay for a few days) so you need to throw away the rubbish as well as changing towels by yourself. However, the location is good.

The hotel is not far from the train station. It’s convenient. However the room is a little bit small. In general is ok

Very good location, walk 3 minutes from subway Inaricho (G17 Ginza line). There are many restaurants and minimart around the hotel that is very convenient for us. The room is very clean and big enough for one family (2 adults and 2 children). The staffs are very friendly and all of them can speak English, We really appreciated their support. We will come back again definitely ;)

The location is a bit far from Ueno station. The room and bathroom is quite small.

Location wise is okay, a few mins away from Inaricho Station which is the Ginza line. The room is really not good tho, you can find mould everywhere from curtains to the shower room. I used a tissue to wipe the door and it had little black spots. We almost wanted to change hotels if it wasn't the summer peak where all the other hotels are either expensive or fully booked... We were here for a few days so we just let it go. Please really ask the management to look into it. A budget hotel should also have their own standards as well. You can't just rely on being a budget friendly hotel to keep the hotel running. Cleanliness is super important to a hotel.

We enjoyed a lot cuz a bunch of famous places and architectures there. If I can go there again,I'll go soon.
