I had an amazing stay! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the amenities. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making it perfect for families. The service was outstanding—staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The facilities were well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! By the way this is my second time staying here 🩵

As a Female solo traveler I felt safe. The area is good, it’s like a 30 minute walk to the Tokyo tower and everything is easily reachable by the metro (5 minute walk to the station). Many stores and restaurants near by. The staff is VERY nice. I would most definitely recommend especially for the price. If ever again in Tokyo, I will definitely come back.

Ground coffee and tea are provided in the lobby at all times. Comfortable room, but lighting needs to be improved, too dim. Near to MRT station, approaching 4 MRT lines. A lot of food and drinks along the street. Don't expect too much space in Tokyo Hotel.

The corner unit on the 8th floor. The bedside table was oddly positioned without aligning the bed. To my disbelief there was a large and disgusting dusty adapter behind it which is next to the bed. As far as I am concerned the arrangement is fundamentally flawed and since it is in full view, why did it miss the housekeeping? I decided to cover it with a plastic bag to spare myself the horrendous sight and not to mention breathing on all the filths! It is shocking and a pity otherwise it would have been perfect for the room size and location. Size is reasonably good for two compared with other similar Tokyo hotels. Plus points: water pressure is strong for the bathe and leg massager in the room.

Great location, very convenient for transport.

The hotel location and services are all good but the room is quite small. The breakfast provided was a bit more than continental, but we had to bring the food and drinks to the room. The lobby is not available for sit-down eating. Drinking water is free though.

Hotel was at a very good location within 5-10 mins walk from station! Staff was very kind and accommodative to requests as we initially booked smoking room but wanted a non smoking room. Highly recommend this place :)

Great location and clean environment

Great location and perfect hotel for business travel on one’s own

The front desk staff were very polite, we had free water and as much as we wanted, and the room was spacious enough that we were very satisfied. It feels a bit old, but it's within acceptable limits. Personally, the fact that the bathroom and toilet are separate is a big plus for me. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote near the hotel, so we had no problems. It was also close to Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.

A very nice hotel. Although the rooms are small, it's very close to Akasaka subway station, which is perfect for people like us who go out early and return late. There's a shopping street with lots of good restaurants, seafood, and beef sushi.
