Great hotel! Good location - near to multiple stations! Hotel amenities are superb from hair iron, curler, weighing scale, coffee, tea, skin care and a lot more. They really provide everything that you need. They also sell subway tickets at the property and has currency exchange. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel is excellent. The location and price is really reasonable. The room is of okay size and definitely a good choice for those who want to stay in Ueno.

The room was super nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Very nice area and I wish I could have stayed a few more nights there.

Functional clean hotel, 10 minute walk to closest metro station, in a quiet area. Room fairly compact, but acceptable. Breakfast quite good, worth having. Good value for price paid which was at the lower end for the Ueno ates.

Around 10 mins walking to nearby subway stations and cafes but 20 mins to Kensai Ueno station if taking AirPort Express railway. The room is bit smaller than imagination in those 16m2 sized room. Sounds from air con is bit louder at nights. The price is relatively cheaper than others near JR station and subway stations.
