It's a bit of a walk from the metro station, which can be tiring, but the hotel is definitely upscale. The bathroom is very large and spacious, and the room size is quite decent. They offer free hot water and bottled water.

This hotel offers good value for money, with an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Okachimachi subway station. While there are many rooms, they are a bit on the small side, though the bathroom is a decent size. The entire room was very clean, and you can even see the Tokyo Skytree directly from it.

We selected this hotel due to its spacious room (16m2) and has two single beds compared to other hotels. The hotel is near various subway stations, very convenient to explore Tokyo by subway. Walking distance (about 1km) to Ueno Ameyoko. There's a local shopping street selling food, fruits, sushi, bento etc. very convenient. The hotel provided all amenities of good quality. Service is good and friendly. Free luggage storage on checkout day. The only thing that can improve is to try to make it dust free. You can still see dust in the room, and your shirt especially black shirt will stick with the white fabric dust easily. Despite this, it does not affect the stay. Highly recommend if you prefer a bigger room in a quieter area, still enjoy the convenience close to the city.

The hotel is very clean, and the surrounding area is super convenient. There are several convenience stores, and dining options are plentiful. For getting around, you have many subway and tram lines to choose from, with stations ranging from 400m to 1.5km away depending on your destination. No matter where you're headed, getting there is quite easy. Plus, there's a fantastic ramen shop near the hotel!

A pleasant stay for 5 nights. Good view from the window, friendly staff, comfortable temperature in the room, access to multiple convenient stores.

Walk more than 10 minutes to the shopping area and restaurant.

The staff at the hotel were very kind and accomodating. The rooms sizes are typical of Japanese hotels but all the amenities are very nice and clean. Would stay again :)

The hotel staff is very helpful, and assist us in booking taxi to go to Ueno Skyliner station. It is about 1,800 yen.

We do have informed earlier my wife is disabled person asking disabilities facility room. But staff still gives normal room. Is very inconvenient for my wife to stay.

Cleanliness of the room is good. Staffs are nice. It takes around 15 minutes to Giza line or Ueno station.

Very good hotel near subway and JR by 5-10 mins

Staying for five days four night. Hotel a bit far from the subway, walking about 10mins from hotel to the subways. Tried to buy one day breakfast but the breakfast is not nice and very few choices. The place is very quiet but don’t have night life because living far from the food street
