All good for this business hotel . Not much shop around but need walk to Ueno, but close to bridge looking Tokyo tree

What a coincidence to stumble upon the local traditional 'Xiagu Temple Fair'! It was quite lively and happening right in the shopping street across from the hotel.

The hotel is quite close to the subway station, just one stop from Ueno, which is great for catching an early flight the next day. The hygiene and facilities are decent, no complaints there. Many foreigners stay here, and the overall service is excellent. A special thanks to Ms. HISATOMI at the front desk, who patiently helped me contact a restaurant. Thank you very much!

Small but perfectly formed. The bathroom, in particular, was very clean and comfortable. The location was easy to find and super convenient for transport. Next time I'm in Tokyo, I'll definitely choose this place again!

This is a continuation of my previous review. I had to book an extra night because I'd initially booked one day less. The hotel was able to merge both bookings when I checked in. Also, some guides mentioned that additional fees might be charged during check-in, but that wasn't the case. I only paid the amount shown on Trip.com, and didn't have to pay anything else upon arrival at the hotel.

The room size is pretty good for Tokyo. All the front desk staff were great, except for one woman. The only real issue was that the showerhead direction was difficult to control. The location was decent enough.

Overall, the hotel was clean and in a very good location. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and cozy. However, the toilet in our room was not cleaned properly. We didn’t raise any complaint during our stay and just let it pass, but it would be great if more attention could be paid to cleanliness in this area.

The hotel location is near to subway. Just need to walk around 5mins to reach the nearest subway. Hotel provides facial cleanser, toner and moisturiser for free which amazes me.

No table for eating, which was a bit inconvenient. The twin room was a decent size. It's close to the subway but far from the JR station. There aren't many dining options nearby; only Sukiya is open 24 hours at night.

Excellent location in Ueno-Okachimachi, very close to the subway station making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with Kose Sekkisei toiletries and all the necessary amenities. Service was efficient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Great for both sightseeing and business trips.

We missed a bus, and found a same-night hotel on Trip. It's quite close to Ueno station so it's quite convenient for us to take Shinkansen the next day.

Although the room is small, it's well-equipped, even featuring a mini-fridge. It's clean and tidy. Downstairs, there are vending machines, a water dispenser, a microwave, and a smoking area, among other facilities. There's also a public dining area with a pleasant atmosphere.
