My favourite hotel in Tokyo it’s small but it has everything I need. Conveniently located at Ginza 6 chomw quiet street 3 mins walk to the higashi Ginza line. Excellent onsen free ramen, laundry. Since their room and lobby are quite small anyone who needs extra space may visit the 2nd floor where the restaurant is from 1500 -2300 hrs for a bit of extra working space. There is a roof top for some relaxation. Love love love this hotel

The decision to book at the Dormy Inn Ginza Hot Springs was swayed by a positive comment that I read from a previous review that remarked on the quality of Dormy Inn staff. Our experience could not have been more opposite. We stayed for four nights over the 2024/2025 new year, and I was appalled at the complete absence of customer service. We had unexpectedly been joined by our adult daughter and asked if she could stay in our room or if we could book a room that could accommodate three. When we indicated that we would like to check the room, front desk staff physically blocked our entry to the elevator, in which were other guests; it was intimidating. I have never experienced such rudeness and inhospitality and we were made to feel untrustworthy. When we were finally permitted to inspect the room, we had to be accompanied by two staff; incredible. I regret that we had prepaid for the four night, because I would have preferred to go to any other hotel in Tokyo than stay at that Dormy Inn. Our daughter did find another hotel rather than book a separate room there. There had been no advice from the front desk about the hotel facilities. We were surprised to learn from a fellow guest about the availability of the lounge on the second floor and the evening ramen. In the lounge another guest told us of the hot springs in the basement. This was information that should have been brought to our attention at check-in. There are many hotels in Tokyo, look elsewhere if you value hospitable, friendly, courteous front desk staff. You will not find any of these qualities at the Dormy Inn Premium Ginza Natural Hot Springs Hotel. It is inhospitable, unfriendly, discourteous and most definitely unwelcoming.

Very convenient location as Ginza is right around the corner. 24-hr convenient store in front of hotel. Public bath is a big plus after a day of shopping.

Room is very small otherwise service was great. Breakfast was delicious. Free night time soba and ice lollies were yummy. Insen was comfortable

It’s absolutely Amazing we could enjoy real Onsen water in the heart of Tokyo! Hotel is brand new n love it I could bathe every night after a tiring day waking around! Apart from Hoshinoya Tokyo which is very expensive Dormy Inn Premium is the only place in GINZA that has this facility

We always stay at Dormy Inn when we are in Japan. Their standards of cleanliness, room setup, amenities, and check-in and check-out procedures are always of good quality and efficient. The hot springs in this location are very soothing, it's the black soup. Room is the standard smaller size in Japan, but enough for us and we have big luggages too. Other than some other customers are loud in the hot spring which the hotel cannot choose their customers occasionally, everything is good. Highly recommend

Convenient location, easy access to public transports. Plenty restaurants nearby. Room is not too small and the hot bath is nice.

Nice, pleasant and quaint facilities that earns 5 stars. The rooms are smaller than a western hotel chain, but that’s part of the charm. The hot spring baths are relaxing and serene and the Western/Japanese breakfast is a must. Staying here gives you the opportunity to experience Japan if you’re only there for a few days. Location is excellent as it is close the many shopping area, restaurants , ramen shops and the fabulous Tsujiki market is a short walking distance. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Cozy hotel with superb facilities. We enjoyed the onsen and sauna in the night. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Hotel is near Higashi-Ginza station, also accessible to Ginza station. Good for a relaxed trip.

Overall good. The onsen and the breakfast is quite good. But some staff’s service is really awful. Check in time is nearly a hour because the staff ‘ s can only speak Japanese.
